Then scans became snapped phone pics...not even lit right, squared up, and printable! It get worse! The company often hires temp people to sort and scan mail...like after holidays, Mondays, or snow days. So who knows who has pics of your personal info on their phone! And then there's the packing. In the notes I asked for 4 pieces of mail to be sent to the same address. No one read the notes and sent me 4 items in 3 mailings...ALL AT $16 A POP! One I was charged a packaging fee for, and it simply had a new shipping label slapped over the old one. Another piece got lost in shipping. Mind you, I choose a trackable shipping method (Usually Fedex Ground) all the time! Neither Anytime Mailbox nor Postal Annex refunded the shipping. FedEx admitted they lost it, but I didn't pay FedEx. The annex erased the assigned tracking number from the action, and customer service sounded like a 5-year old trying to understand what the problem is!! There are a handful of other mail forwarding services in Sioux Falls, and another handful in the rest of the state. DO NOT waste your time with this one...and risk your identity getting stolen!!
