I called this place for help and got a total blow off, while the delivery driver himself lazily didn't even knock on my door, just wrote a sticker and tagged my door. He was there and gone so fast that I couldn't have made it to the door even if he would have. This place offered no customer service and the woman on the other end of the phone tried to proceed to talk over me while I was trying to get them to contact the distribution center and may contact the driver. Oh no she wanted to talk over me and tell me how much of a dead beat she is by saying she has nothing to do with it. Woman I know what customer service is supposed to be and sometimes you have to get off your cellphone long enough to be able to function in society. Lowest rating possible for UPS
