Terrible customer experience. My friend went to email a document of 99 pages for a legal case. He was charged $65 to scan and send a email. The following day he was notified the email had not arrived. The email address typed by the store manager was incorrect. She spelled judge as "judje" , when my friend asked the store to issue a refund and complained the manager/ franchise owner who made the error didn't have the courtesy to take his call or call him back or apologize. Horrible and a rip-off. Don't go there read more

LET ME CLARIFY - I am not sure which branch the delivery driver worked from so choosing the closest UPS branch to my apartment. Our intercom in our very new building is not working yet and it has been a hassle to receive packages. This time we left a note and asked the delivery companies to call us upon arrival. We tried this before with another company which didn't work so I assumed again, we could have issues. The great news is that UPS, FedEx and Canada Post all called when the arrived.... so kudos to all 3 of them!!! read more

Can you believe she even gave me a coffee and a donut, I plan to go back for lunch(LOL) and sign my deal. They have this space which is called flex office where you can rent an office and do work....I may have to tell my husband that is working at home to go and get out of my hair. Small and busy shop. This is one of the only UPS locations that is open on Sundays. There was only…read moreone person working, and 4 customers as soon as the shop opened. Pack your patience, it wasn't the most efficient experience, though I appreciate the availability. When I dropped off my package, the associate took the box, but nothing was scanned, so, now I'll be refreshing my tracking number to ensure that it's marked as received. The shop itself was a bit messy, parcels were placed in front of the counter, in the middle of the open space where customers would stand, as well as stacked behind.

Later, we found out the cards were cashed and we don't know by whom. I had a mailbox at this location for a few years, because of their awful service I moved my mailbox to somewhere else. One of my old friends did not know about my change of address and sent two Amazon Gift Cards to my address at this location for my kids. The Amazon tracking number shows "Package was handed to a receptionist Signed by: Security". When we visited the store they said they did not have the package. We asked them to try to find it as it shows it was handed to the receptionist. I called a few times the day after and Shima told me I do not have a mailbox over there and if I had a mailbox they could have put my package in my mailbox. I explained to her they were not supposed to accept the package if I did not have a mailbox and it should have been marked to return to the sender. But since they accepted my package I needed to pick it up. But she kept saying they do not have that package. I explained the situation to my friend who sent the gifts, he called Amazon customer service to block both gift cards from being claimed but he was told both cards were already claimed by someone else. Amazon did not provide any name to us obviously but they know who did it and opened a case with their legal department for this fraud and they will update my friend soon. I can not make accusations but here is what happened. They accepted my package and signed for it, the package was lost after delivery, and the gift cards were claimed at someone's Amazon account that we don't know. The reasons I moved my mailbox from this location: - They could not find my packages 50% of the time (yes, 50% believe it or not). They were telling me it is still on the way while I was showing the tracking number to them that shows the package was delivered. Every time after I came back home, after a few hours they had called me and said that my package had just been delivered. So, I had to make an extra trip to pick it up. - Per UPS store policies when you have a package that does not fit in your mailbox, they are supposed to scan so you receive an automated email that you have a package to pick up. Every UPS store in North America does this except this location. I asked them a couple times and they said they do not do that. - Every time I went to pick up my package an hour after delivery, the owner told me the package had not been delivered yet. He was telling me not to believe the tracking numbers progress, when it says delivered means UPS has the package and is on the way. What ???!!! Many times I waited there until he looked for it everywhere and he came back with the package from the back and said he found it. - If I wanted to send something with UPS, it was a 40 minutes project, the same thing in other UPS stores takes 5 minutes. The owner does not know how to use a computer in my opinion and when he was alone at the store you could always see a long line with people rolling their eyes and tired, waiting for him to get their job done. I did not have the option to put 0 stars. They do not deserve 1 star at all.

I had called UPS earlier for a price quote ($90-95 give and…read moretake) and when I went to the store, the man gave me a quote that was double the original phone quote. The man was really liberal in his measurement of my parcel (way overestimating the dimensions of the item). I had to reason with him about his measuring methods and he remeasured and readjusted the price quote. 1st quote: 'it is going to be over $200' 2nd quote: 'it is going to be about $150' 3rd quote: 'it is going to be $110' Lesson: Do your research beforehand - call and get an estimate. Tape down and compress all your packages to make it as small as possible.

There isn't much waiting at all - at least if you are going in the afternoons. The staff was good and helpful. The whole process went smoothly and I never had any problems with the shipping, which is kind of expected with FedEx. Shipping can be expensive but a lot reliable. I made 7 phone calls during this time explaining my concerns to their various call centres in Central America. No help. I escalated the complaining on two occasions and sent several emails from their website with no response. After 3 more escalations and 2 months later the parcel arrived. To add insult to injury, in the last 3 weeks of the parcels journey they billed my account $8, $20, and $45 with no other explanation. Two more emails and the $8 and $20 have been refunded. But no word on the $45 even with two more follow ups. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Parcels get lost, I understand, but their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!
