Stole packages/never shipped!!! For months. I've used this place and I've never had any issue then I drop off four packages for my Depop online shop. I check a week later. They've still never been shipped on all the tracking infos. And now I lost clothes and money because all my orders are refunded. I sent a package that had valuable items. UPS claims that the merchandise was gone and the empty carton was discarded. The store made a claim and they said that I can't sent jewelry in a bubble envelope, I know it was sealed properly and now I am thousands of dollars at loss and UPS gets to walk away with saying that they are not liable because I put it in the wrong envelope. This is not good business, and someone needs to have accountability for my goods while it was on their hands. I already talked to all departments and no body is willing to help. This is the first time that this has even happened to me but I am for sure not doing business at UPS ever again. This has been a very negative and frustrating situation. read more

They pilfer thru the boxes & TAKE WHAT THEY WANT! take a pic of the label they attach to your pkg!! if they want it, they will CANCEL the label in the system or ship an empty box! Brought in a package to be returned to Amazon. Send them the QR code to ship back to Amazon. They claim they can't give me a receipt because their email is down at the moment. They claim they will email me if there's any issue shipping out the package. A week later, package never sent out. Went to the store. They say to me that it was shipped out but not sure why it never showed on their system. They say they'll call me to let me know what happened. A week later, I still have heard nothing from them. I email UPS who tells me they don't care and it's not their problem and to take it up with the store who never responds. Don't use this store unless you want your packages stolen. read more

Stopped in today to quickly print off a 1 page pdf from my USB flash drive. There is no self-serve easy to use kiosk like at FedEx office, so I went to the employee at the register. The employee did not know how to plug in my USB drive to one of their computers behind the register and make a simple print. She directed me to sit at the computer that costs $1 per minute to use and print from. The computer was not working. I had to leave without getting my pdf printed. The advertising on the door says, "PRINTING, Prints to meet your needs." False advertising. Skip visiting this location if you need anything done other than picking up a package. read more

Store closes at 2:30 pm on Saturdays, for starters.. then I had an Amazon return that required boxing even tho the items were already in a shippable boxes. Then they didn't have any available packing tape for sale, so they wanted to charge me for a box to put my boxes in and then $15.99 just to have their employee tape it up because they weren't allowed to let me touch their tape gun. Would give it a half star or 1/4 star if possible. read more

Charged me for Saturday delivery - accepted my package on Thursday afternoon, but didn't ship out till Friday. This delay caused the contents of the package to sit in hot warehouse over weekend. No reason it should not have gone out same day as drop off - as we dropped off package 4 hours before cut off. read more

The store is maintained clean. Please do visit the store if you want to pay more for them taping your package, or if you want to pay $5 for a postage stamp. I went into the store to drop off a greeting card, and told the lady that all it needed was a stamp. I explained to her that it was just a greeting card, and all it needed was a forever stamp for it to be mailed. She put a first class tamp on it without asking me, and said that was the only way it could be mailed out of the UPS store. I am so disappointed. I have forever used UPS stores in other states and noone has been this rude or unprofessional with me. read more
