If I could give it no stars, i would. I brought a small gift that needed to go 2nd day air to the store on Wednesday and it needed to be there on Friday. I was told they don't guarantee delivery on 2nd day blue service. I was told that the only guarantee delivery would be next day air. So I asked for ups Red Saver. The package was only 15"x12"x6" and weighed 3 lbs. They charged me $167.32 for shipping only. That seemed high but according to the lady at the counter that was the cheapest way to get it there by Friday. I shipped things when I worked and I knew overnight was high but the package had to be there. When I got home I started to look up pricing on Both UPS and UPS Store using everything that was on my receipt as far as dimensions and weight. On UPS.com (I have an account) the price was $82.80 for UPS Next Day Air Saver and $71.70 for UPS 2nd Day and it would be delivered by end of day Friday which is what I wanted. So I went to the UPSStore.com and did used the same everything to see what the rates should be. Well the pricing was also a lot less. Next day air saver was $148.25 and 2nd day air was $84.62. This is supposed to be the same company why the difference? When I called customer support, it took an hour for someone to pickup the phone. I asked if UPS and UPS Store were the same and was told yes. She then proceeded to tell me that you can't trust those prices on line. I have shipped before using the online shipping and never had an issue. She then stated that she could not do anything except make a report that would go to the store. Well if this is the way they treat their customers, then I will not use them again. They are ripping people off. If I could no stars I would. Mar 18 2025, brought a garment and shoes to be shipped for a wedding Mar 29 2025. I checked the UPS tracker as the packaged had been promised delivery no later than the end of day Mar 21 2025. No delivery and tracker said garment and shoes were not shipped. The only thing UPS could determine was the shipping label was created. Went to the store and retrieved garment and shoes. When I asked what happend this was the answer. We had a lot going on the 18th and we didnt get around to shipping them. BTW when I went to retrieve my stuff, the shoes were not with the garment. They were able to find them though. read more

Well second try at local UPS store. I figured was bad day. WRONG!! Two people out front, working and greeting people. Three in back, one working, two walking in circles. Then I overheard one with orange hair state " Im not waitin on her!". Loud enough to be heard out front. So basically you came to work to NOT work?? When the manager has to come out and help customers because you dont want to just shows you dont need that job. Go try and find another job. What will I be doing now? Go to Post Office!!! So, I received a PrePaid label from an Online Store I had made a purchase from and had lots of trouble opening the link to print said label. I tried a bunch of different ways. Needless to say, I ended up calling this store for help. I asked if they could help me. They said to just forward said email with the label and that they would print it for me. No biggie! No mention of any fees or money at that point. I showed up to the store about 15 minutes later, and when I said I had spoken to someone regarding a label, the older, blonde woman said "No problem" and proceeded to charge me $2.08 for (half) a piece of paper. I said "No, thanks! This is supposed to be prepaid." She gave me an attitude and said if I wanted the package sent, I needed to pay. I didn't! But!! Guess what?! What they don't want you to know is this! ***If you receive a PrePaid Label, on the same email with the link UPS sends you, there is an option for a "Mobile Code". Well, if you click on that, you can have the person at the counter scan said code, and then send the package for FREE, withOut having to pay for the email being forwarded to them, or the printed copy. These mobile codes are good for Amazon, AND any other PrePaid Label you get from any other retailer. It's not about the $2.08 but it's the principle! If you are going to charge someone, tell them before hand. Don't just have them drive to the store and find out later. Then, give them an attitude and treat the customer poorly because YOU didn't BOTHER to COMMUNICATE. read more

If I could give this store and it's manager zero stars I would. I needed to get something to my daughter urgently in Arizona so I paid for Next Day Air. I was at this store on Saturday morning, December 17, 2022. My receipt is time stamped at 9:38AM. My daughter NEEDED this document in hand by Monday evening as she had an appointment on Tuesday morning. She did not even receive the package until Tuesday night at 8:30!!! I called the store asking for a refund because it did not get there next day. According to the manager, Tony, they do not ship anything out on the weekends so the earliest my daughter would have received it would be on Tuesday. NOBODY MENTIONED THIS. I WASTED $92 MAILING THIS TO HER!!!! Needless to say, my daughter was unable to get her passport approved and had to cancel her vacation. Worse than wasting my money was the manager's attitude. He didn't care that perhaps his employee neglected to mention they don't ship on the weekends. No apology, no remorse, nothing. Not even an offer for a partial refund. How disgraceful. This store offers the worst customer service, including the store manager. I went in to get an estimate and to mail some documents off and was treated with I believe, total disrespect. I was sent from computer to computer and the employees were not courteous at all. I gave this store a 1 star which is way more than they deserve. Worst Location for Package Drop-off. Went there to drop of 3 big packages because it was the closest. After bringing them in I requested a drop-off receipt. I was told they do not do that. I had to go to another location. I have never heard of that before. I advise go to any other location and avoid. I will be writing a letter to TUPSS corporate. i read another comment about the same issue a few months back. The owner response was to streamline the process. I had some very fragile wood carvings that my father left for me when he passed, needless to say shipping them with care was of the utmost importance to me. The art pieces were, regardless of money or replacement insurance, irreplaceable to me and I shared my concerns with the employee who helped me pack and ship the items. The helper (so sorry I did not get his name) was very sensitive to my concerns and assured me he would take on my shipping personally with great care. I am very happy to report that every item shipped came to me in tact and I am so appreciative of the work they did on my behalf. While the pricing for shipping was quite high, it in the end was worth every penny and I highly recommend this shop. read more

I went in to have a package sent out. It's something from QVC, which I'm returning. The item was already in a cardboard box and the Q Label was on it. All that I needed was the cardboard box to be taped adequately. The store did this for free, which is a great courtesy. I know, I'm a horrible human being for not having the appropriate tape for the task. I walk out and drive home. Just when I'm thinking that I'm finally done running around the hood, I find two contents which are supposed to be with what was in the box. I called the store immediately after this discovery to ask if they could put the package aside for me after providing a brief explanation. They did. Drove back to the store to add the additional required contents to the box. They re-taped it for free. Throughout my two visits today, the reps I spoke with and met were nice, friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The store's also quite welcoming, actually. Yeah, I'd go to this UPS store again. This store is horrible. Had to ship something to my son before he went out to sea for the Navy. He never got it. When we called the store they told me that his address was wrong (which it was not) and that the package was shipped back to their store. When I asked "Dillon" why they did not contact us he claimed they called my number but it was wrong. He then accused me of giving them bad information and told me his employees work hard and I should be "thankful they did what they did for me" (which was taking my son's property). Still did not explain the fact that they screwed up both the address and my telephone number. Went online to check the tracking and the shipment was never sent to the Naval Station. If it had been they would have been able to identify the address easily and my son would have gotten the supplies he needed for his second deployment. Apparently UPS does not track their stores as they said I could not recover the stuff without paying additional shipping (already paid $173) nor would they honor their insurance on what was shipped as it was up to the local store. DO NOT USE THIS Location as they have poor customer service and do not take responsibility for a complete lack of customer service. Now my son, who is getting ready to ship out again is out of about $200 worth of gear because the lazy people in this store could not take a simple shipment and send it out on time or to the right location. read more
