I shipped four bags with them - a golf bag and three suitcases. One bag arrived on time. Two bags arrived 3 days late. One bag has still not arrived nine days later! Every day for the last six days they have told me it was coming - every day brings a different excuse. Every time this company gets a bad review on any channel (there are a lot) this company responds with more excuses instead of fixing their problems. This company cannot be trusted - their execution is absolutely horrible. Their resolution specialists are unable to resolve anything. Their management needs to take a hard look at their product because it doesn't work. They will lose your stuff and destroy your vacation. It was a generous size salad. I'd order it again and add a blackened chicken breast to make it a meal. We dined at the outside bar and the woman who served us was dynamite.
