The contract they gave me showed the full price, not the promo delaying my movers by two days because I refused to sign incorrect pricing. Three months later, they suddenly raised my rate to $99, and five minutes after that, I got an email saying the same 5x10 unit is advertised for $64. Once you're moved in and committed, they change the price textbook bait and switch. The employees are friendly, but the tactics are deceptive. The price you move in with is not the price you'll be staying with.

Do NOT rent a unit here, you will regret it. I have used many storage facilities in my 56 years of living, and I have NEVER run into such dishonest and unscrupulous business practices.

They even sell small boxes for selling items like jewelry and such. Medium moving boxes were $2.99 each and large were $3.99. I was hoping the boxes would have handles/grips like those at U-Haul since they do make a ton of difference, but I was in a bit of a time crunch and had to make do. It was a quick operation and the gentleman working the counter helped me take the boxes to my car since I ended up getting quite a bit. Super friendly and helpful store.

They changed the terms of service for existing customers without properly notifying them. Apparently, they now no longer reassemble furniture after delivery. Instead of clearly communicating such a major policy change in advance by email and text, they simply updated the information on their website. I received a text message only two days before my appointment saying that under the new policy, they would deliver my furniture disassembled and I would need to find another company to put it back together. And it's not just about the additional cost - it's about the time and inconvenience. Now you have to schedule another company, wait another day, Clutter did not offer a discount, and did not provide any alternative solution for additional fee . They simply sent a text saying the policy had changed and that the furniture would be left disassembled for the customer to deal with. As a customer, you feel completely abandoned. You originally agree to use a company based on certain services and terms. If those terms significantly change for existing customers, the absolute minimum is to notify them properly by both email and text -- well in advance -- and ideally offer a discount or alternative options.I dont mind to pay an extra fee

The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points. The team really had a strategy for everything.
