I have had so many problems with fed ex. 3 day shipping does not include Saturday unless you pay extra but unfortunantly the online sites you order from do not tell you this when you place an order for Christmas. If the site says the 24th arrival=Saturday fed ex will tell you Monday or Tuesday the 27th. I shipped a package with ups 3 day delivery same day fed ex was expected to ship my other package. It delivered a day early.It was suppose to be there tomorrow and or late. I love love love Ups. They just made my son's Christmas happen! Never will I go fed ex again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! First off the guy had a testable attitude. Given I don't mail thing off very often but he did not need to be rude and talk to me like I'm dumb for even asking a question! I just wanted to mail off my tax returns and he takes out this ruler to see if my envelope fits. It OBVIOUSLY fits and he's like I don't know it's cutting it close... You just want regular mail?!? Like wtf are you here. Then when I asked about the pricing he's like well we have to pay for the meter system so it's more expensive. So I said okay never mind I'll go to the post office. As I walk away he yells at me "IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE THEN GO TO THE POST OFFICE!" WTH?!? I'm sorry but if you had been nice to begin with I would not care about the extra fees. After all it's a couple of dollars but since you were a rude and nasty person to begin with then YES I WILL GO TO THE POST OFFICE! Will never come here for any package deliveries. I never thought i'd write a comment about a UPS store but i had to really share this. The poor level of service and the rudeness i experienced at this store is unsurpassed. I entered the store to make some photocopies of documents and to mail some out. I was greeted by the older man who i am assuming is the owner, and i let him know that i would like to make some color photocopies of my passport and to send some documents out. He looked at me very suspiciously, and then asked me in a very rude manner why i need the copies. I asked him why he was asking he told me that he needed to know! I was very surprised so i asked him why again, he said it's a federal law because it's a passport. I asked him to reference the law he kept staring at me and said it's the law. I reluctantly told him what it was for, then i told him that i have never heard of this and i find it very surprising since it's my passport. He stopped, gave me this mean look and kept staring down at me, and asked me if i wanted it or not! I told him no thank you i will take my business somewhere else and politely left. What a poor and unprofessional way to treat a customer. I went across the street to Staples where they photocopied and mailed my documents with no questions asked. I try to support small businesses in my community but i will never go back to this place again. I do not recommend. read more

Clean, organized, fast, and friendly! I took my four kids in with me to mail packages for Christmas.... The guys were helpful and patient.... Guess I don't have any more excuses not to mail gifts. read more

What a complete rip off this place is. First they have their fax price sheet covered by a sign so you don't see how ludicrous their prices are. They don't inform you of the leg and arm you will have to cut off before you forgo the faxing process. I faxed 12 pieces of paper and my total came to $21.00 Yeah, are your freaking kidding me! What a joke! It costs them nothing for this service, and while it was faxing they were helping other people. A two year old and a one month old in my arms and the snatch couldn't even inform me of the insane price it was going to be. Then she acted like it was nothing when I was in shock from the cost. Really wish I could have asked for my fax back, lol. Never ever fax anything here! They will want your soul for payment! read more

So on 9/13/13 at 2:55PM I go into Renton Landing UPS Store. I am helped by AMBER..... Or should I say ROBBED. My daughter had to return her Samsung Galaxy for repair. Amber smiled took the package and said you don't need a receipt it's already labeled. We'll now all of the sudden No one at Renton Landing Ups including Amber knows what happen to the phone. Call after call everyone acts dumb. Even though they printed a sipping label. Be careful when sending expensive items especially if Amber helps you. Now we have to get the IMEI # blocked so no one can reactivate the phone. read more

UPS works ok although FEDEX is pretty much the gold standard in my business. Big difficulty is if you need information from the local service center where the trucks are dispatched. ie when will my package show up etc. you cannot call them their number is blocked and even the national office can only leave them a message. Customer service? whoever made up this system is a real jerk. read more

UPS is the worst. They never arrive in my neighborhood till 7:30 or 8 p.m. The tracking info says my packages leave their facility at 6:30 a.m. so it is 13 or 14 hours in transit (from Redmond to Seattle WA, about 12 miles and 20 minutes without traffic). It takes longer on their truck than to fly across the country. "2 day shipping" is 3 days from them because of this extra day on the truck. The driver throws the package on the porch and runs away, never even knocks to let me know it's there. He is always in a tearing hurry because I suspect that he parks somewhere and sleeps all day (or who knows what) then wakes up at 5 or 6 p.m. and rushes to deliver all his packages. Christmas 2008 we had the big snow here which paralyzed everything for a few days, but within a week Fedex and USPS were delivering normally. Not UPS. They got so backed up that they just threw up their hands and didn't deliver anything. Santa Claus didn't come that year, and I have always hated them for that. But nothing has changed. I would do anything to avoid using them, but unfortunately, Amazon sometimes does. Their Customer "Service" is also extremely rude and unprofessional. They are defensive and never so much as acknowledge the inconvenience and misery they have caused, or that they might possibly ever be at fault. How I hate UPS. read more
