There seems to be some difficulty with how that information is transmitted from the UPS main site to the store. But the people at this store are great and will accommodate you. I also like that there's a little Kansas Sampler-type store in this same location. That is a neat idea for when you want to look around as you're waiting for other services.

It took a long time before I finally got someone to email me - not call me --- email me. I told him my frustrations and he apologized and pushed my payments through and tracked them. Now I am trying to pay my bill and they want to charge me a $50 handling fee to put it on my credit card. I have been trying to get a person on the phone who could approve that but they just keep transferring me to different departments. I will never, ever use UPS again.... and this is not even counting all of the hidden costs that I was charged.... they are the worst. Don't use them.

We had just left the Chili's restaurant and the girl told us there was a Tornado warning. When we got inside Susan the cashier advised us that a tornado was heading our way and was only 15 miles away. She invited us to stay in the store until it passed. They attempted to deliver a crushed box with a large hole in the carton; I refused delivery. Contacted Office Depot who PROMISED me delivery on December 18, 2015 -- NO delivery. ONCE AGAIN, I contacted Office Depot and spoke to a supervisor, who re-issued my order since a female agent chose to cancel my order and asked me to reorder. This was upsetting because this was part of a larger order whereby I did not have to pay delivery charges. If I reordered this bookcase I would be forced to pay an extremely expensive delivery charge. The supervisor PROMISED me delivery today, December 21, 2015, WITHOUT FAIL -- again, NO delivery. Called store to inquire about delivery; woman answered very abruptly saying, "we're terribly busy in the store right now", which was such a welcome greeting [sarcasm].
