I received an email when my order was ready, and off I went! The first time, I parked on the side, so the staff didn't see my car. I highly advise you to park in the front since they have cameras that alert them to customers. I had my email and ID ready, and a few seconds later, a staff member came out and looked at my info. Moments later she placed a large box of frozen raw shrimp in my car. I signed my name on the tablet, and I was on my way! I love this service! Note: They have excellent hours too! They were wearing masks and were behind the plexiglass and still refused to give me my package (which would have taken seconds). Instead, they argued with me about my mask exemption, forced me to stand outside, then came to the door and threw my envelope (containing a $2400 item) out to me. Makes no sense right? They came out from behind the plexiglass! In September at another location, I tried to ship an overnight envelope to the USA. I wrote out the address with unit # but the person did not enter the unit #. Halfway home I glanced at the print out and saw that and called them. They said I had to go back to the location, so back I went and she didn't believe that she'd made a mistake. She had to check the form I'd filled out to confirm. Today my husband attempted to pick up a package for me, they couldn't find my name in the system. The notice from Canada Post says you just show ID with the address. The young woman behind the desk was also rude. Who pays for all the wasted gas I've used going back and forth? Penguin Pickup should but they don't. I've asked for nothing else to go there and have arranged to get a Fedex account so I can request pickups on my account not the shipper's if they use Canada Post.
