Never had any issues with employees maybe the previous manager left but so far everyone is friendly

This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had. I stopped into this UPS Store to mail a package and also asked if they offered notary services. The employee at the counter told me they did, pointed out the notary, and said they would take care of my package first and then help me with the notarization. After my package was finished, I asked for the notary service as instructed. At that point, there were three employees walking around the store discussing signs, moving boxes, and handling what appeared to be internal store tasks. The notary looked at the other employee, rolled her eyes, paused, then looked at me and said, with a clear attitude, "I can set an appointment for you." Apparently interrupting internal work to help a paying customer was too much of an inconvenience. I politely declined and said I'd go somewhere else. Only then was I told there was a notary available at the Exeter location--even though the notary was standing right in front of me. Customer service should come first. If you advertise notary services and have a notary on-site, customers shouldn't be made to feel like they're inconveniencing your staff by asking for the service. A brief pause in internal tasks to help someone standing at the counter is simply part of running a customer-facing business. I took my business elsewhere and was treated professionally. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service. read more

Rude service! The lady just barked out as she was walking by that I could use the kiosk When I explained that I already did she said well just put it on the counter then even though there was so many people waiting to be helped I couldn't get to the counter read more

I have been there many times, even when there was these Kios in place. I want to deal as always with the counter. I seen two employees; the women made it her job to not check anyone in but to tell the customers to use the Kios many times over, no one at counter but line at Kios. I stated that I do not want to use the Kios. However, she refused to check my product in and need to use the Kios. I said I am reporting the location, and she could care less. Just like another reveiwer, I would like to leave 0 stars. Rude people. I shipped a package overnight to Canada. What I really did was pay for overnight shipping of $275.00 with no guarantee of arrival. Was not explained to me that it takes time to go through customs. Four days later it arrives and the people I sent it to were no longer there. Hence why I needed overnight. They refused any refund and told me if I want to get my package back, I need to pay another $275.00 to ship it home. Please don't use their services. No customer service. No satisfaction. They just rip you off. read more

The older lady there is so mean. She is nasty and rude to everyone and she is just looking to start a fight. The other 3 younger ladies there are super sweet. Fingers crossed you are helped by one of them. Next time, I will wait for one of the nice ladies and avoid this older lady's caustic behavior. Yikes! read more

Store is a rip off. Got charged $14.25 for a book of stamps, when normally they are $11.60. Was told "their" boss increased the price.

My boyfriend shipped a package and they lost it and no refund even for the shipping cost!

Rude lady (manager) working there! She is so unprofessional and nasty to customers. I have witnessed this more than once. Look elsewhere if you want a good experience. read more

I dropped off a package Saturday that was 2nd day air. It sat there all day Saturday until Monday night at 10 pm. It finally was picked up. The worker there basically just took my package handed me a slip and threw it on a pile. No delineating between air and regular shipping. It was prepaid and I printed the label. I will never use this place to drop off a package again. read more

Woman behind the counter with heavy eye makeup (the manager?....not sure) was extremely agitated and rude due to the fact that 5 people were in line at 4:30PM. I politely asked if a notary was available today and she practically screamed that there is a line and I have to get in it. It was just a question so I would not wait in line to find out later that no notary was available....because I know from past experience here that one is not always there. She could have just answered my question instead of causing me embarrasment. I went down the street to another notary who pleasantly took care of me and will have all future business with my company. So....a negative experience turned into a positive for me. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I used this shipping location to ship a package in early March of this year. The package was lost, which I can appreciate can happen from time to time. However, it is now Mid-May, and I have not received any of my due compensation for this loss. Additionally, THREE e-mails and a TWO phone calls have gone completely, 100% unanswered on this matter. I was also told that getting a check processed from this location would take even longer because I would have to wait for UPS to issue a check to the store owner and then wait for the owner to issue the check to me. Two months to wait for compensation for something THEY lost is absolutely unacceptable. If I ran my business this way, I'd have no customers at all. This location has certainly lost me. read more
