I spent four months going back and forth with them , corporate and the international team for them to try and deny my refund , first reason they tried saying it was an international package , when I shut that down there next reason was the request was put in after 60 days . I also shut that down , at the end of the four month period I had a customer service supervisor override the transaction to give me a refund because she knew they were in the wrong , I had 45 different cases open for this one refund !!!
