The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They greet you when you come in and there is very little wait time.

I sent application materials to the address, which is this store. On December 15th, they managed to lose both the original application and the transcripts. They do not seem to care or want to make it right. I had to resend the application, and I am having to pay again ($35) to have the college resend my transcripts. read more

This store has the best customer service of any UPS store I have used from west coast to east. James is superb, knowledgeable, and customer oriented in his approach. I needed multiple services from postage to faxing and he knew every nuance of how to get my information where it needed to go. From complex real estate transactions to sending important employment papers and contracts, James knew exactly how to handle it. As soon as I walked in the door, he greeted me in a perfectly friendly manner, introduced himself, and as i explained my needs, he already worked out in his head the manner and order in which to perform the transactions. It was a long drawn out process over the course of a week, and every time I returned to the store, he picked up right where he had left off.
