My vehicle registrations ( 3 vehicles) were complex in nature and Lani who helped me through them all is an absolute rockstar! Lani made it all happen. On the mail side, my scans and notifications come in regularly and shipments come as quick as possible. I think they do a wonderful job and appreciate what I'm sure is difficult work given the amount of mail, parcels etc come into and out of their facility...Again, 5 stars for me

I spent one night and she parked me where the neighbor was letting his dog poop all over without ever cleaning up. Very very junky the way they've packed homeless in trailers on this lot. This place was a scam and waste.

My husband rented a storage unit and a uhaul trailer on the same day. When he went to pick up the…read moretrailer the day we needed it no one showed up for him to pick it up. That was enough to make us cancel the storage unit since the shown us their reliability right away. When he went in to cancel the storage unit they were no where to be found and when he finally found them they completely ignored his presence for 20-30 minutes! On top of that they kept his money for a storage unit that was never used and only rented for less than a week! We didn't even get a refund for the time the unit wasn't used even though nothing was ever put in the unit. The customer service sucks and I would suggest clearing a spot in the garage or finding a different place to rent a storage unit. They are rude, inconsiderate and unreliable! We would have been better off putting 75 dollars on the ground and lighting it on fire!

Efficient, knowledgeable, and all about helping their customer. It should be the mark of any business, right? It was only within my first week or two here in RC that I decided that The UPS Store would handle my printing and shipping needs, and it came down to the customer service (and a little bit with the price of it all). Their competitors just can't hang, and I say it with utmost confidence. Anywho, if you need the likes of their services this is the business and location to venture to have it all done. As I started, I said they have it, and they do have it. Whatever that means.

This is the third package that they've lost and they're all worth $100+. The boss of this facility really needs to review his or her staff as I've never had these issues in bigger cities.

She was able to do the job quickly and it turned out beautifully. I have worked with her in the past and have always had great results with prompt turnaround. Plus, she is just a kind, sweet person.
