I was looking to have one-page programs printed for a Celebration of Life. I was still working on a draft of the document and John waited patiently while I finished making updates and emailed it to him. He printed 2 samples on quality card stock and had suggestions about card color and print quantity based on past experience. Because the service was 4 days away he said there was plenty of time to take the samples home and call him with the decision on color and quantity. I was able to make further edits and resend an updated pdf file and quantity via email. He requested clarification on his questions before going to print and completed the job very quickly. I never felt rushed despite the constant flow of he and his staff serving other customers. The service was knowledgeable and very courteous. We've been using the UPS store to receive our mail and packages for almost 2 years. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they always have a pleasant greeting, and send us emails when packages arrive. Our mail is secure and held til we choose to pick it up, usually once a week, and if we're out of town for any length of time, the staff will box it up and send it to us, without having to go through a temporary change of address.
