It was an all day round trip booking to NYC requiring driving on icy roads, navigating in and out of the city, and maneuvering through jam-packed holiday traffic in Midtown Manhattan. In addition, he anticipated restroom breaks without us asking, and helped me (70 yr old) in and out of the beautiful and impeccably appointed 'party bus.' The bus had wifi, TV, Netflix, stereo system, beverage set-up, etc. We never had to wait for him, even after the matinee show in bumper-to-bumper midtown. My 11 yr old grandson was thrilled with the very fancy bus and my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. Very kind guy, had great conversation with him in our 30 minute drive. I had requested a drive to my job, at Topnotch Resort and Spa in Stowe, VT. This is in no way a knock on my driver. He did a 10/10 job. Their website says they take ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (see photo). They do not. The owner, Ricky, sent me a confirmation text saying "80$ + tip cash" I took this as, I could pay the 80$ for the drive with my credit card, and then tip my driver in cash. I didn't have enough cash on me to cover the trip, so I told the driver I would call in my payment. He agreed, I tipped him, and I walked into my office. By the time I set my stuff down, and got on my phone to call Ricky, I saw a text from him stating that he called the police. I tried to converse with him, and explain myself, and he tried to guilt me by saying he was taking it out of his driver's pay. The possibility of this being an honest misunderstanding never crossed his mind. He immediately started attacking me. It got to the point where I stopped responding, because I didn't feel comfortable talking to him, until I spoke to the police first. Ricky sent the police to my place of employment, and embarrassed me in front of my coworkers, and more importantly my clients and guests of the resort. During the exchange with the police, the driver, who stayed to let them know that I did NOT refuse to pay, put Ricky on speaker phone. Ricky called me poor, and insulted me repeatedly. The driver made sure that he knew he was on speaker, and he either didn't listen or didn't care, because the officers and I heard everything. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone. I have never made a complaint against any business, and my experience was so bad it compelled me to file one through the BBB.

He was very polite, his vehicle was clean, he drove appropriately (not fast, but no lingering and straight to the airport).
