These folks understand customer service. They are always so helpful, going above and beyond to complete a return. Today I couldn't figure out how to complete one, but she figured it out and I was on my way. They are fast, but will take whatever time is needed. If I could give a 0, I would. Very rude employees. Talked down to me and refused to quote a shipping cost just laughed and said $250. Tried to sell me a box for $62.00. This place won't last unless you replace the 2 employees. Horrible customer relations. read more

Having a pre-printed label from Amazon for a return, I made the mistake of leaving this package at this particular UPS store to be processed and required no receipt. The clerk, who was busy, assured me he would process it. Three days later the tracking number registers "unprocessed". I called and the clerk who answered the phone was of no assistance to me. Two lessons learned: - Do not leave a package at the UPS store without getting a receipt, after seeing it scanned. - Do not patronize this particular UPS location. read more

I've made many visits to this UPS store to drop off Amazon returns. All you have to bring in is a picture of the bar code/emblem and the items to be returned. They will quickly scan the return code and all the information they need goes onto the packing info, they'll package it for you, print a label and give you a receipt - all in less than 5 minutes. Once I forgot my bar code but they showed me how to find it by logging into Amazon or my email account - either will work then they will take their scanner and snap a picture of the label from your tiny phone and all the shipping info is there. They were busy that day but as soon as one could break free they came over to show me how to find the code - I had just figured it out myself but they also showed me another way to find it that was easier. Great service, amazing technology. They are all very young and very fast. I'm impressed! read more

My husband and I brought in a 435 page book recently, for copying and mailing. Shelbie, who identified herself as Manager, stated she would do job first thing in the morning. When I went back the next morning, two boys told me she had called in sick. The first kid said she had not left instructions for them because she was afraid they would screw it up. I said, really with no malice for her at the time, that she must not be a very good manager. When Shelbie showed up later in the day, the boys told her what I had said. I get this phone call from a totally irate, out of control "manager" who said the boys had told her I said she was not a very good manager. She called me and said that because I said she must be a poor manager, that SHE WOULD NOT DO THE JOB AND WE COULD JUST COME GET IT, which we did the next morning. This is a very poorly managed store by untrained people. Come on UPS, I have used you for years in law office, you can do better than this. I went toFedEx and they did the job without any problem. When our car broke down, we found ourselves relying on public transportation. Because of the way the bus routes are set up, a trip to this UPS Store and back home takes about three hours. This means we don't get out there to check our mailbox more than about once a week. I've had a mailbox at this location since about the late 1990s. When I closed my law practice and retired earlier this year, I kept the box more for convenience and security than anything else. Lately, I've been rethinking that decision. Not all that long ago, this UPS Store would send out text messages and/or emails when packages were delivered to our mailbox. They would also put quarterly billing statements in the box when it came time to pay the rent. The email notices are important to us because we sometimes get shipments of perishable items or items that we need by a certain date. These deliveries are often important enough for us to make a special trip to get them, and we would have thought that UPS would want them out of their system as soon as possible. Over the past few months, we've noticed that they don't do that any more. They don't send out text messages or emails to let us know when we have a package waiting to be picked up, and instead of providing a quarterly billing statement, they wait for some period of time and then cancel the box rental contract. As it happened, they did not say anything about the contract being cancelled when I came in to check my mail, they just cancelled it. My fault for not checking, and I was able to restart the contract, but only by paying a year in advance. The staff are unable to process deliveries manually, which meant when their computer went offline around December 17, I was unable to pick up the packages that were sitting in their storage area and had to come back another day. Also, they don't seem to answer their emails. My requests to be notified of package deliveries have produced no responses. I don't know whether this is a result of a "too rich and powerful to bother with the customers" mentality, some kind of corporate cost-cutting decision, a training issue (they've had almost a complete staff turnover since summer), the holiday shipping season, or the ravages of the corona virus, but customer service at that place has gone to h-e-double-hockey-sticks. read more

Helpful and easy to work with when we had a lot of boxes to ship after clearing out our father's home after his passing. With a few items broken in transit we did have to wait a few months (yes months) for the claim to complete and I had to call a few times to get an update on it from this store not just claims. They also speak very quietly over the phone so sometimes you have to repeat or have them repeat if calling in. I have also endured long wait times over the phone. Basic UPS but they were very kind and helpful when we needed it most. Location and parking were easy and they let us barrow the dolly to bringing in the boxes we needed to ship. read more

Took off work early to drop off a package. They had closed five minutes before their normal closing time. The employees were still in the store walking around but just decided to close early. Just was really frustrating to have gone out of my way and then not be able to drop off the package. read more

Dropped off 5 packages at 11:30 AM Mon. Dec 31st. I was told by the person operating the store that morning that one of my packages was to be delivered (just 60 miles away) by Wed. Jan 2nd. Other 4 packages to an address several states away to be delivered Sat. Jan. 5th. I was just fine and please with that. So then Wed. Jan 2nd I tried to check status of the 5 packages online but was informed the tracking numbers must not be correct. Tried UPS tracking by phone and was told the same thing! Yesterday, Thur. Jan 3rd, I called UPS and found out that the packages to states far away would not be delivered until Mon. Jan 7th! Plans were made for a celebration when the packages arrived as they were Christmas gifts for someone who could not come home for the holidays. Then... I found out the shipping labels were not generated until late Wed. Jan 2nd. At that time UPS picked up the packages. Not counting the holiday on Tues. Jan 1st, this was a day and a half after I dropped off the packages before the labels were generated and shipped. This is not acceptable. I called and sent a message through this UPS Store's website but was never called back. I have used UPS before. This time their problem made problems for more people than just myself. So like I said, this is not acceptable when the family is affected. I was told the packages would arrive Sat. Jan 5th, signed the paperwork and paid the bill. This was in agreement with the arrangements that were lain out for me. read more
