For $120, I got a new hard drive and FULL data recovery OVER NIGHT. It was so fast and so easy, and their Apple specialist called me personally to talk to me about what was going to happen to my computer before he did anything. They weren't the cheapest quote that I received…read more(that's one of the reasons that I chose them), but they were in the ballpark and the ETA was reasonable. I use Carbonite and unfortunately it did not back up some of the items that I need. They continued to work with me to restore these items even though they did not charge me for reloading data due to my (incomplete) Carbonite backup. No BS, straight forward experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I tried to call and got the voicemail but shortly after received a text from the AI bot. They texted me to gather information about my problem. I received a quote on the issue within 30 minutes of chatting with the bot along with multiple options to speed up the process. I felt like the price was extremely fair after recovering a $900 quote from Apple just prior. However, due to personal financials had to wait a couple weeks. I went back a couple weeks later and reached out through the number and was able to get the part ordered and I was kept up to date the whole time. The problem was fixed same day, I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was done a couple hours later.
