I feel like whenever I come in, mostly for print jobs and the occasional mailer, they are always struggling because there's never enough employees to help me, employees that are there are on their phones (trying to be sneaky but it's just rude), and don't look happy to be there. I'd say management should fix this, but I couldn't tell you the last time I saw someone who could be in charge there. If you can go somewhere else, that'd be your best bet.

I popped in quickly around 6pm and I still had a grocery run next door down and needed to arrive at a meeting by 630pm...yes, I know, cutting it close. Both sales representatives were young men and they stood quickly to their feet as soon as I touched the door. I was delighted at their level of commitment to service--and manners as I am a lady of a certain age (but you didn't hear that from me!) I said it has a prepaid label and thanked them. The one fella commented that he liked the message on my t-shirt which is a social commentary that I knew would draw controversial attention. But....there you go! Polite, courteous, professional and prompt. Great service!!
