In addition to their very thoughtful and hardworking staff, they have the magical folding machine thingie that evidently makes orders go wayyyyy faster than the hand folding done at the big-box office stores -- I know this because I checked. In fact, I started with those big office stores thinking that would be fastest (not discouraged enough by their useless websites) but was told by each of them that it couldn't happen in time because they didn't "currently" have the staff on hand to do all the folding involved in a simple half-page fold. (I was asking for 100 copies of a half-fold flyer, starting seven hours before the end of the day, with the option to pick them up in the early AM of the next day if need be.) I called Express Copy and they A) calmed me down and then B) said of course they could do it, and well before closing time at 530pm! Had a little trouble finding their place, but only because I'm from out-of-town and don't drive very often. Thank you, to Michaela and Ashley in particular! :)

I was told they were able to have it ready by the time I got to their office! So I did just that! Although they didn't have them ready by the time I got there, it's not a big deal! I just waited (understandably the printer would jam, or the format wasn't correct). They had all my pages printed for me :) i think it's a little expensive (10 cents a page?) for a black and white print. But I figured it was worth me being able to study haha Anyways, really kind staff :) support the small businesses!

Any time I have something delivered from FedEx, it's always damaged. Boxes are crushed, and others have holes. I called this place for help and got a total blow off, while the delivery driver himself lazily didn't even knock on my door, just wrote a sticker and tagged my door. He was there and gone so fast that I couldn't have made it to the door even if he would have. This place offered no customer service and the woman on the other end of the phone tried to proceed to talk over me while I was trying to get them to contact the distribution center and may contact the driver. Oh no she wanted to talk over me and tell me how much of a dead beat she is by saying she has nothing to do with it. For the last 4 packages (that I'm aware of), they've either been late, damaged, broken or even all three. I bought two PS4s (one of which I had to return because the console was damaged and the other one came with 10 shattered game cases, both packages were late.) The third package came, yet again, about 4-5 days later than expected, even though those expectations were longer already because of covid. Funnily enough, I even recorded me opening the package because I wrongfully expected the items to be damaged. Lastly, I just received my 4th package today, which surprisingly got here 2-3 days earlier than I had anticipated, however the package was - you guessed it - broken. 2 stars would be too much, however the only positive experience I've had was the two times I've been inside and the staff were super friendly. Drivers, please be more cautious of packages. Even though the items mean nothing to you, we (the customers) are often disappointed, sad or frustrated when we received shattered item(s).
