Today it was less than 1-Star. My husband dropped me off along with 2 quite large boxes to ship and then my husband left along with the car. I was shipping these boxes via UPS. The package was going back to Amazon. The young man with the earring in his nose (this isn't even a factor except I didn't know his name and it's the only way I can let you know who he is.) looked at the bar code and said I needed to take it to a UPS store where they were set up to handle this. I asked if there was another way to get a label to ship these boxes where they could do it. This young man absolutely would not even entertain the possibility of trying to help me. I put my 2 boxes on the floor and said I would have to leave them there until I could get my husband with the car. I am a 75-year old women. Luckily I am in pretty good shape for my age. This young man stood there and watched me. Still not offering to help. By this time I was trying to figure it out myself and was very nervous. I couldn't look anything up on the phone because of the stress. I walked out the door and thanked this young man for nothing. He proceeded to pick up my boxes and throw them out the front door. There were people outside that witnessed this. It was extremely embarrassing. I put them back inside until I could get the car which was parked down by Publix (my husband was inside, we were going to do some shopping). This was the worse type of treatment I have ever received from someone who is supposed to be helping the Public. This young man should not be allowed to work with the Public. I would not tell you to never use this place again, but, would say if you ever go in there and see a young man with an earring in his nose, do not expect the good service that this company usually provides.

I was quoted, pretty high, but I understand being a printer. I asked if I could bring my own paper and Bo said it would probably cost me more than the $1100 already quoted. How that makes sense is beyond me. I sent my files and Bo passed me off to Jennifer who could not get a proof correct to save her life. I never ACTUALLY approved anything. Bo actually emailed this to me. "We will send you a final invoice prior to mailing with actual postage (which will be less than quoted)." Never got an invoice prior to mailing, which I dont even know that my mailers left Ironside, as I never got the invoice either! So after 3 versions of proofs sent and incorrect spelling of my name, I was uncomfortable working with this company. I still am fighting here, on the 4th of October, as I just got the invoice FROM SEPTEMBER 5TH. Crazy. I used another company who got my mailers out in a timely fashion, even after this huge eff up from Ironside. I recieved tracking with the new company and my client started recieving RSVP phone calls for their event. When working with Ironside, on 9/16/24 my client still had no calls - again this job was started on Sept. 5th. I have a feeling it's going to get more in depth but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever. Not even a phone call to me. Im just ashtonished how people cant do their jobs but they're hiring for new people daily. Please do right.

So an important piece of mail did not get to it's destination on time and we are out a total of $24.24 for a certified piece of mail. I guess there's a reason they are no longer in business.
