This place recently closed. We paid $14.54 on 10.8.25 to send a piece of important mail certified, today 11.11.25 the post office returned it to us with .74 cents posted on it and asking for an additional $9.70. So an important piece of mail did not get to it's destination on time and we are out a total of $24.24 for a certified piece of mail. Postal Connections - Postal connection's new management - Shipping Centers Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

Postal Connections / Vero Beach shipped items for me this past week, from Vero Beach Auction Gallery. They are one of the "preferred" shippers from the Gallery. The items arrived damaged, due to their negligent, total sub-standard packing methods. Items were not bubble wrapped separately as is standard practice, lids were left on pots, post were left on stands, rather than wrapping each part separately as is standard practice. A thin gauge cardboard box was used, with no styrofoam panel support on the sides, or between items, Box was only filled half way with packing peanuts, as a result sides and corners were pushed in during normal transport. Owner took no responsibility for negligent packing, instead blamed UPS and harassed me to file (in my opinion) a fraudulent claim against them. We have been using UPS for the last 40 years, and ship and receive hundreds of boxes annually. I won an item at auction and that auctioneer tried to charge $45 for a 3 pound item that would have fit in an $8.95 padded mailer. I then contacted this company (the auction houses preferred shipper) They charged me $25.76 for priority mail, then $2.40 for a box! Then $1.94 for a 2X2" piece of bubble wrap! $2.50 for labor (that's not unreasonable) $33.08 for an item that would have fit in a bubble wrap mailer or at in a medium flat rate box ($18) WHICH ARE FREE!!! Charging me for a generic box when you can get others for free!! Seriously - they went out of their way to up charge. Is that how this business in run?? What a joke!! read more

Marc & Jeremy were very helpful & responsive. I had a very large & fragile item that needed their help in packing & shipping and they did a wonderful job. Marc emailed me a quote quickly. Although the original quote was higher than I expected, the final cost was lower because Marc made the suggestion that the item could be shipped separately to lower the cost and be safer. A very detailed itemized receipt was provided once the shipments were made. The packages were well packed, arrived safely & ahead of schedule. I had Postal Connections handle the shipping on a recent purchase for me. The unique piece required a large box but was not really fragile. The item was carefully bubbled wrapped in good fashion and secured and inserted into the large new box. Instead of filling up the box completely with packing peanuts they added only a small amount of peanuts on one end and wedged the item in the box. The lack of peanuts in the box allowed the item to move and flop around in the box while in transit and ultimately a part of the item broke off in shipment (while still inside the bubble wrap). The box was in perfect condition but due the lack of sufficient peanuts in the box to properly secure the item from movement in shipment the item got broken. I was able to glue the broken piece back on and repair the item but shouldn't have had to do this. Next time please fill in the entire box with peanuts and do not cut corners on packing materials. This will prevent damage to the items being shipped. read more

Slow service called ahead of time to ask if they are a fed ex provide... no answer. No voicemail waited in line only to find out they only ship FedEx "express" their listed & they advertise that they are a FedEx provider. one star free parking. read more

I called and had to listen to the voluminous menu and then on hold forever. The call went to a call center and I gave up and went to UPS. At UPS you can call the store and speak with a person. Much more customer service. read more

The owner of this location is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He cares about his customers and his relationship within the community. I had a terrible experience with Ben at the UPS Store located in Treasure Coast Plaza and have vowed that I will never go there again! After going all over town trying to find packing and shipping at a reasonable price, my final stop was FedEx, they sent me to postal connections and told me to ask for Marc, that he would take care of me. I did as they suggested and I can't tell you how happy that I was to have found this business. I went to the UPS store in Vero and they gave me a price of $78 to package an item - no shipping price, just to box the item. Marc at postal connections gave me a price of $30 including tax. He did the same amount of work as they would have, but at a much better price and friendly service! Do not use the UPS store unless you just have money you want to throw away, and if you have money to throw away, just give the extra to postal connections! Needed a place to print out some documents and fax them out. I googled copy centers in Vero Beach and this was the closest place to where I was so decided to do my business here. Upon entry, I was greeted by Marc who is the owner. Marc came across as very knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel the way a customer should feel, with A class service. They have all the services here that you would need from copying, printing, shipping, internet access, and faxing to name a few. I'm a very customer service oriented person and feel my existence on this planet Earth should be acknowledged by businesses. After all, we customers are shelling out our money and supporting businesses so its common sense for businesses to treat customers right if they want them to return. Shouldn't that be simple math? Unfortunately, most businesses don't comprehend this simple concept of customer retention but at this place I found, service and quality is not lacking. I can't comment on their shipping service since I didn't use it, but I can sure recommend giving this place a shot for your printing and copying needs, etc. read more
