Catherine, the attendant, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was comfortable and stress-free. She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry's clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home. At other laundromats, I've had to pay for every little thing, so I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly, the owner has trained his staff well in providing superior customer service. I do have a couple of suggestions to make Suds Laundry even better. It would be helpful to have a step ladder or step-stool for short people to pour detergent into the washer. Also, a few more rolling baskets would be useful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Suds Laundry, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable laundromat.

There was one other person while I was there and said it had new owners and they had done some work. WIFI is free for customers so you can watch Netflix while you wait. They also have a wash and fold service which will be handy.

Pretty poor experience with this company. Paid a premium for perforated business cards on door…read morehangers. They never sent me the correct product (No perforation), then only wanted to refund me $50 of $350 order as a result. I had to chargeback the charge on my credit card through my bank. Poor customer service, poor print quality and just the wrong product at the end of the day. Will never order again. Also they say 5-7 business day turnaround. Took 21 days to get the wrong product.

Everything was printed properly and I did not have to ask for any revisions. I was a bit skeptical since they are a Canada-based business and I am in the states, but not anymore. Expecting some guests who would likely play, we decided to have the piano checked out and Lee gave us an estimate of the work involved and came over exactly on time. While inspecting and tuning the piano, he gave us an excellent overview of the qualities of this particular piano and also explained what differentiates pianos - which was very interesting and informative to us. He cautioned us ahead of time that given the length of time since the piano had been tuned previously, it would probably require a follow-up about a month later to finish the job (I wonder if this is where the term "fine-tuning" comes from!?) and this turned out to be true. Lee returned a few weeks later and was able to finish the task and the piano didn't require any additional maintenance other than the tuning. He was very pleasant and professional and we appreciated him sharing his knowledge with us while taking care of the business at hand. It was clear that he enjoys the kind of work he does, and takes great pride in it. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
