This man (who is the owner and pretends to be someone else) and his worker put scratches all over my brand new floor and damaged my baseboard and did not take ownership of the damage! instead he informed the furniture store it may have been my 2 yr old or 5 month old baby who made the scratches! I asked him multiple times to stop dragging the furniture on my floor and his response was "what do you want me to do?" so I said "pick it up, don't drag it!" He's unprofessional, doesn't know how to move furniture, doesn't use blankets or any supporting material so he doesn't damage anything and is very cocky! He thinks he knows it all but had to call the store to understand how to put the sectional together! I had to then show him a picture of the sectional and how it's set up! the furniture shop no longer uses his services because of this incident and how unprofessional he has been with the entire situation! He ran out in hurry, while the sectional wasn't even fully put together! DO NOT HIRE HIM! He will damage you house and not take ownership!!

She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry's clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home.
