I put my trust in a company to complete an important project that needed to be completed in to…read moremonths. I called three times and each time he had not a clue of what was going on. After sending dozens of pictures and getting an email telling me he received them. I assumed at that point thongs were moving along. No calls , days went by. I called for the third time to check on the status of my order. What a shock to find nothing had been done.......this owner is clueless and replied oh well. I have to take care of my other customers. Never have I death with such incompetence. I cannot stress enough this company is one to stay away from. Not once did he try to make this situation right, he could of cared less and here I am two weeks before my presentation with nothing to present. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

Keep an eye on the new owners. I have always made copies at this store. I used to pay about 15…read morecents per copy. I made 750 copies the other day. When I got there I was told the new owner had raised the price to 51 cents per copy. What used to cost me a little over $100 was now almost $400. I was told the new owner had raised the price on copies to be competitive. I was also told the owner had called other UPS stores in the area to compare pricing before their price increase. I called other UPS stores in the area and found prices for copies were between 14 cents and 27 cents so this was a lie. Their copies are almost double what other UPS stores are charging. I think I will take my business to the one of the other UPS stores!

I was having issue with my a notary process and I explained the issue and they fixed the issue within a few minutes of me treating them with respect and dignity. I stopped at the store to ask for proof of it being sent out and he was not able to provide it. He started shouting at me telling me to leave instead of helping me find a solution to my concern, if its true it was shipped out he should be able to show me proof. Horrible customer service and filthy place to go to anyways. UPS is aware and is filing a complaint for this store.
