An office person named Anne was also very helpful and friendly. The reason for not doing 5 star is the ramp. The ramp itself is a beast to deal with. Very dangerous in my opinion. I ended up taking the complete truck, so I asked the terminal manager what to do with the ramp. He said to put it in the back in front of the barrier, however, I used the complete truck and there was no room. They do not ship with the ramp (he told me). So I offered to drive it to his office, but he had someone close. They picked up up and when we were unloading in North Carolina, they failed to bring a ramp with the truck. I guess normally, people do not use the complete truck. They brought out the ramp after I had finished unloading. They had charged me $250 extra because they could not put the ramp in the truck and had to send a second vehicle out for it. Really, not my problem, it was like be penalized for using the complete truck, even though being charge for the extra space. They did eventually refund the complete $250. In the stressfulness of a move like that, it would have been nice not to have that extra stress. All turned out well though, I would use them again. If you use the whole truck, just communicate that beforehand and should have no issues.
