I stopped in on a very busy return day - the final day for any holiday purchases. We begin with a packed shopping plaza parking lot. Add in a UPS parked in front of the store. Inside the store, meet the chaos of: a storefront packed with stacks of packages (leaving little room for humans), a line of people waiting to be seen, and a UPS employee moving giant carts of packages from inside the store out to the truck. Yet the staff handled it like pros, keeping spirits high with laughing and bantering amongst employees, and being very kind and helpful to people waiting in line. They do have an auto returns machine, which I used but for a couple of items needing extra help. Machine worked great, and the person who helped me behind the counter took barely anytime to process my returns! Thank you! read more

Passport photo was too dark so I had to spend more money in Miami for another passport photo through another agency. Also, this branch is not familiar with eBay QR codes for printing postage for free. They charged me $2.30 to manually print a label that I could have printed at home. Thieves. I drove out of my way to go to this UPS Store on Saturday with there hours posted of being open until 5pm. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and I was just dropping of a small package that already had the label on the box. I pulled the door handle and it was locked. I looked at the hours on the door and it says closes at 5pm on Saturday. I look at my phone and it says 4:56pm. I looked inside and I see 2 women inside wearing head scarfs shaking there heads back and forth saying no. I said I'm just dropping off and it's already labeled. They both continued shaking there heads no. I went back to my car and watched the door, 5 minutes later at 5:01pm the 2 women and 3 other staff members walk out the door and they lock it behind them. I will never use this UPS Store again. I understand the UPS Store is a franchise and this store will never earn my business again. It's frustrating going somewhere and the lock the doors before posted hours of operation. read more

I have an Ebay store and use this location for shipping. Months ago they printed my shipping label, took the package and handed me a receipt. Next day I tracked the package with shipping label code I had submitted. It didn't exist. Called Jackie, store manager, who said my package shipped UPS, not USPS as indicated on my printed shipping label. Long story short? I had to refund $150 and paid for a label that is heaven knows where. After months of hearing there's nothing we can do there is something I CAN DO. I can warn you to never use this store for anything! The owner Mustfa Mohamed is not a good person. He doesn't deserve your business. He doesn't care that his staff made an error costing a good customer money. 1 star too many. read more

Do not go to this UPS store. The staff are very unprofessional and not very nice. There were 7 or 8 staff in the store and none of them knew how to use the computer or any of the other machines. You wait and wait while the staff are playing on their phones. I have tried to use this store several times and it is always the same. What phenomenal service! The owners are the nicest people on the planet. They were so helpful picking up shipments from my mother's house. Extremely professional while treating us like family. Everyone wore masks the entire time. And to add to EVERYTHING that they did for my mom, the owners Fuad and Zaila heard that we, her children, broke down on the way from NJ and were stranded 100 miles away. These my to go ups store it just couple minutes from place and the staff is always really friendly. It is a small shop but it offer everything that you need for your shipping needs. Prices can be a bit high some times but you get guaranty that your package would arrive intact and safe to the destinación. I would probably go to these location two or three time a month and haven't had no issues so far . read more

Dropped a package off that would be considered high value for an overnight delivery. The owners son made a call to a driver since it was past the pickup time and said it would be picked up. I left the store and checked tracking following day. There was no tracking and scans so I got a little nervous and called store. They said it was weather delays so I called UPS corporate to see if they had any updates. UPS corporate states the package was never picked up. I then called store back and the manger had no answers and said they needed time to figure out. Manger called following day stating driver did pick up package and it must of fallen somewhere. I called UPS corporate again and agent stated again that the package was never picked up. Al information that has been provided by store has been proven to be a lie. UPS Corporate has been truthful and honest and explained everything they see with tracking. So I called store and filed claim. From that point on there have been no answers. All blame is passed to UPS even though package never left this store. Claim is still on going, and this store has done everything they can to show how they feel about customers. read more

I always get really awesome friendly service. I've never had to wait in line for more than a minute or two. There's usually no wait at all because they have employees running both registers. I have other UPS stores closer to my house, but I always pick this Forest Hill store because of the great customer service and low wait times. read more

The woman at the store seemed so nice, wow was I wrong. I Was guaranteed delivery of a package that was delivered days later and never received refund. Guarantee means just that, don't guarantee if you can't deliver. Disappointed, will never use this location again!
