Box because my nearby condo has gone through so many different mail carriers over the years. Like many of my neighbors, I've had ongoing issues with delayed mail, and I've even had birthday cards stolen and that's if it even showed up at all. Having a P.O. Box has given me peace of mind knowing my mail is safe and will arrive on time. I signed up for Informed Delivery, so I usually know what's supposed to be in my box before I stop by. On a few occasions something was missing, but after waiting in line and asking a postal clerk to check, my letter or package was found. One of my favorite things about having a P.O. Box here is the seven day access, and that includes holidays. Even when the retail counter is closed, I can stop by whenever it's convenient to pick up my mail and packages. I'm happy with the service and glad I made the decision to have my mail delivered here. The smallest box to rent is 3"×5.5" and this is the perfect size for me. At $242 a year, it's well worth the peace of mind of knowing my mail is safe, and that I'll receive it without any worries.

He seemed new and didn't know what he was doing! The recipient never received the item, and 2 weeks later it came back in mail marked more postage was owed!! I did not have receipt so couldn't go back and prove it! I went back figuring another person would do a better job, and he didn't ! He tried to charge me too much and I had to tell him to give me priority mail charge. Saved $10!! Now I look at my receipt and he didn't give me the separate tracking number. Never returning to location!

Pak it Tight, Pack it right!…read more I have been coming to this post office ever since I found out about it. I do have one less than a mile from my home, but I rather drive all the way to Delray and visit Pak it Tight. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you safe money by giving you options for your packages. Plus sometimes they will even pack it for you. On busy seasons the line might be near the door but they are fast, efficient that you don't feel you are waiting. Sometimes to get a great service we need to go a little farther and support local places.

But I couldn't help but laugh at the utterly peculiar selection of items for sale here. The aforementioned underwear. Dresses. Star Wars toys. Tote bags. Stuffed animals. Funko's. Birthday cards. First post office I've seen that's also slinging merch. Hey why not?? Anyway, definitely a good place if you need to mail something. Plenty of parking too!

I had no idea it was here & I am really happy about my discovery. It's a small novelty store and the postal center is along the back wall. The clerk was very nice and took my package from me. I just needed a receipt for tracking purposes since my package had postage on it. Located in the same plaza as Ross but on the West side, directly in the strip of stores behind the Wendy's.

When asked why I did not want to use the self service kiosk, I said last time I had issues I would prefer doing it with someone because my last package was lost even though I did it all correctly. I was still sent to the kiosk. Absolutely horrible service. I will avoid no matter how much further I have to drive.

Have came to this UPS numerous times…read more I will say this place is a mess. People do not know how to drive in here and it's a smaller lot so it gets tricky sometimes when it's busier. As for the actual store, it's a pretty small/run down location. I don't like that they don't have a self service kiosk for drop offs cause it makes a longer line than necessary. Staff is nice though, just slow.

The office also had good music playing so that definitely put everyone in a good mood :) I would recommend calling ahead of time to ensure their printer is working if you need photo services. This was the most enjoyable visit I've had at a post office and I was pleasantly surprised.
