Returned an Amazon package. The clerk on duty was totally rude and harassing. He told me he'd have to charge me for one piece of tape. First of all it's a box inside a box and per the instructions all I had to do is drop my return off and scan the label. How do you determine how to charge for one piece of tape? He's simply a jerk and found satisfaction totally insulting my intelligence. I''m calling the corporate office to register my complaint. Kevin does not represent the UPS company well at all. The worst customer service. The service guy did not send my packages -- NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I thought I was doing him a favor by dropping my packages and leaving since he was busy. I had a problem with the same person on 9/26/2018 and 8/2/2019 - I guess I am at fault, I should not have gone to the same bad location 2x. Out of 70 stores, I visited this past year, this location is the only problem I have had. If I could give 0 rating I would. Yesterday I was in there and 2 employees neither wearing a mask. One employee literally sneezed all over me and the whole store - no clean up or disinfect. Then the same employee stopped working on my transaction to answer phone and was on phone for at least 5 minutes and may still be.... I left and took my package. In hindsight I should have left my package since it was sneezed on. The employee rude and a public health issue. If I get this virus its definitely their fault. It turns out a USP store is not part of UPS so BEWARE. I enter this store to drop off 2 USP envelopes. And asked for 2 more...then told me he did not have to give me any and would not! Overall the employees here are very friendly and always willing to help, but the red haired guy is consistently rude and condescending to customers as well as his co-workers. I had some expensive packages redirected to this store because I didn't want my packages sitting at my home front door. Big mistake. My packages arrived at the store on kemp Blvd but suddenly they were sent back to sender by the store manager. I went to the store and asked why my packages were sent back to sender and the manager told me he gets about 40 packages a day and he can only handle 10 a day. All the rest get sent back to sender. I called the main ups terminal transfer place and they said I wasn't the only one that is complaining about the ups store on kemp Blvd. but since it is independent owned there isnt much they can do about the problems the store generates for ups company. So I will never go back to the ups store on kemp Blvd and letting everyone I know about the store. Sound like the manager is in the wrong profession and needs fired so he can find a new job he might be decent at. read more

Walked into the store with school books I needed to return. I waited patiently for the customer before me to be done. The man behind the counter, motioned me to come up in which I did. I asked if the box I had with the books would secure the books properly. I can not remember exactly what this man said but he was sarcastic. I don't mind sarcasm as long as it's light hearted and in fun. He came across as hostile and rude. I asked to speak with the manager. He pointed to himself and said, "I'm the owner!". I was very surprised, made note of the facility and took my business to the downtown area on Ohio street. Will never go there again as long as that man is "the owner"! read more

Avoid at all cost! After receiving four complaints from customers about packing. I went and spoke with the owner/operator in person. When I told him I had complaints of inadequate packing, he replied, If you dont like how I pack, then dont bring your $ hit here . I was totally blown away that the owner of a national franchise would even think of making such a statement. When I called the regional UPS terminal about filing a complaint, the regional supervisor stated hes constantly dealing with Mr Swanson and his foul mouth. read more
