They are…read moreextremely unorganized, in February I had to make multiple trips because of mistakes they made. Then at one point told me that they'd have my items delivered to me since they gave my print to another person. After another week went by they called me to go pick up my print (didn't keep their word about delivering my items) and notified me that they failed to get the original print back from that other customer. Someone out there has a copy of my artwork for free thanks to the Yakima Bindery and now they are ignoring my invoices I've sent to them. They should at least cover the cost of their mistake of giving away a copy of my work. Today 7/3/2019 I returned to The Yakima Bindery to return the prints I paid for because they're weren't printed properly. 3 piece set, with one piece not matching up with the entire painting. So Mr. Press Tuesley comes out to give me my refund. I ask about if he's received my invoices because I've sent him 2 in the past few months. He stated he did but "I don't know where the other copy is" was his reply. I said "really! Your staff told me you gave it to another customer!" He then shouted and said "YEAH WELL WE DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS!" I refuse ever in my lifetime to argue with ignorant, unprofessional and untruthful people like Press Tuesley! I walked off and understood exactly why his business is closing - Because he refuses to take responsibility for a mistake that was done on their part. Someone in Yakima has a FREE copy of my artwork that took me hours to complete, I work very hard and for him to give my artwork away and not take responsibility for that is the worst thing any business owner can do. Press it's people like you that teach me so much in life. PRESS TUESLEY, THANK YOU FOR TEACHING ME WHAT NOT TO EVER DO WITH A CUSTOMER!!!

They were also cheaper than I expected, at $4.25 each. I've also used their printing service on a regular basis. It's not the cheapest in town, but it's always fantastic service and done the right way. It's also a great spot to get things like purchase and sale contract or other generic legal documents. If they don't have it they can also order it and we'll have it in a few days. I love it when local stores are competitive in price and have great service! I'll certainly be back!
