    Nature's Child Learning Center

I love that they have a controlled entry system at the front door and cameras watching every area. Inside, the classrooms are large, bright, clean, and decked out with quality, developmentally appropriate furnishings and playthings. The outside areas are well-equipped and fenced. The employees are very friendly and made my son feel at ease immediately. The tuition is (what I believe to be) a bargain for such quality. I also appreciate that it is a peanut-free zone, since my son may have an allergy. A nice extra - they offer optional activities (with fees) such as soccer, dance, and music. I am thrilled to have found this place!

Nature's Childcare staff and the entire business made me feel very comfortable with going back to work. There is video monitoring in each room (not viewable from my work computer, which I actually prefer) so if there is an event, it can be reviewed. The center is secure and entire staff is well trained. The management are VERY aware of what is going on in each room and the communication between staff and parent is excellent. Each room has 'Teachers' and they actually teach, which I am always impressed with. I now have three children in Nature's Childcare and wouldn't dare go anywhere else for childcare. I wish every day care center was as impressive as this one! I can honestly say that I would not be back to work if it weren't for Nature's Childcare. Thank you! Thank you!

I absolutely love this daycare! As a first-time mom, going back to work was incredibly difficult,…read moreso finding a place I could truly trust with my baby was so important to me. Choosing Happy Hearts was the best decision I could have made. The teachers are wonderful, the community feels so close-knit, and their flexibility makes a huge difference. Most of all, you can tell how much each teacher genuinely cares for the children. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing my baby is happy and well cared for while I'm at work. Since starting this daycare, I've noticed my son is hitting milestones quicker and love that he is getting socialization at such an early age. As he grows, I'm excited for him to get to explore: more education opportunities, support with potty training, and to participate in all the fun events they do! A special shout-out to the teachers I've gotten to know and absolutely love: Jazlyn, Anna, Bekah, Destinee, and Summer!

I wouldn't recommend working at this daycare. When I first…read morestarted, I was genuinely excited. I'm a single mom, and I chose this place not just to work, but to also have my twin boys enrolled so I could be closer to them. Sadly, what began as a hopeful opportunity quickly became one of the most toxic and disappointing work environments I've ever experienced. A teacher I initially trusted (my children's teacher) ended up mom-shaming me to my face and behind my back questioning if my children could sing their ABCs, count, or put on shoes, and even suggesting they weren't "smart enough" to be in her class (despite her own son being the same age). She pushed to have them moved down into my classroom and later, when I experienced a serious medical issue at work, she told others I was "faking it." What I went through medically was something beyond my control and deeply personal. To have it dismissed like that was beyond hurtful. I addressed my concerns respectfully and privately with the owner. Instead of addressing the issue directly, she sent out a vague message to staff about gossip but never followed up or took further action. ( which I asked for )That teacher continued to be unkind and unprofessional, including making comments about me not deserving donated diapers for my kids. I asked multiple times for a group meeting to resolve everything calmly and constructively. It never happened. I felt so unsupported, disrespected, and anxious every day at work that I ultimately quit even though I didn't have another job lined up. That should tell you how emotionally exhausting it had become. Before leaving, I shared my disappointment in the staff communication thread not to be dramatic, but because I believe people should treat each other better, especially in a space meant to nurture children. Instead of acknowledging the problem, my message was deleted, ignored, and swept under the rug. Since then, I've heard several more staff members have quit for the same reasons I did. Yet the same individuals who were creating the toxic environment continue to be protected. I truly don't understand why. As for the daycare itself the children are not in danger, and many of the caregivers genuinely do their best. But I do believe the classrooms are too small, outdoor time is limited (30 minutes a day), and efforts to reduce outside play due to "staff interactions" is not in the best interest of the kids. When teacher turnover is high and staff morale is low, that inevitably affects the children, too.

This is the worst daycare to ever exist I absolutely have had constant problems with this daycare…read morethey are rude and disrespectful My daughter attended in the infant classroom and from day one they put on an act and act all sweet and kind then after a couple days they show who they really are my daughter attended for just a short time because of how the staff are to parents and how the director is to parents I was not able to ask just a common question without them getting upset or telling me i have been rude My daughter was attending this school and was starting some new solid foods she was having loose stool but had went to the doctor to make sure it wasn't a cold or anything that could effect other kids to find out that it was not she had gotten kid out of this daycare because i told them i had a note to the doctor that she was not sick they said she can not come back and that she isn't week when me her mother took her to the doctor and got a note and everything that she is perfectly healthy The director then calls and starts to yell at me over the phone not even giving me a chance to talk if you want people who take your money and treat you like you aren't a parent then i definitely would recommend this daycare if you want no respect towards yourself then go to this daycare They didn't even give me my money back for the days i paid for my daughter.

The teachers are super friendly and so is the owner and director. I get photos, videos and updates throughout the day on the app. They serve breakfast, lunch and snacks so I don't even have to worry about packing her lunch. It's so refreshing to know what's going on and feel confident my daughter is being well cared for. I couldn't be happier.
