I already had watched her make 5 or 6 and the list was pretty impressive. No response. None. No eye contact. Nothing. Another employee standing beside her, looked up and then went quickly into the back. 15 minutes of no verbal or physical acceptance of the fact that there were indeed live customers standing in front of them, it was time to leave. I finally got their attention and told them they simply needed to acknowledge the fact I was there and I would have patiently waited. Their loss. I will never darken the doors of their establishment again. Furthermore, I will never recommend their business to anyone. Poor food can be improved, service can be trained but the attitude of rude employees will not be forgiven. Remember the above line if you want to succeed in any business.
