They open at 9am, which is very convenient. Parking is either metered, or if you get lucky, you can find free parking in the residential area. Love this spot very convenient. They have a lot of good options and the workers are always really accommodating and actually answer the phone when I call. Re reviewing because they have definitely changed. The fake friendly faces that work there always recommend their in-house brand, "YaYa," even though it's sucks. I came in here looking for a new set up, and I wasn't too sure of what I wanted to get, but the guy recommended me to get the suorin edge. I was very happy with the service, first and foremost, as well as the price. The guy gave me detailed advice on each device in order to find the one that fit my preference. I was happy that I was able to find a device where I could swap out the battery instead of having to constantly charge my device. Im so glad I came here!!! I was walking by Gayle Ave in Westwood & I saw this new vape lounge my friend had mentioned so I decided to check it out for myself. The place is beautiful, and the floor is laminated in a multidimensional space grey. The service was also amazing and the guy Mickey helped me pick out the cutest vapes. They had SO MANY flavors I didn't know which to pick! But Mickey made it easy, and was very informative and helpful with the products. Having been to a fair number of vape shops in LA, I can say the prices were very fair. I actually was able to get two vapes (my favorite flavor is OG-- MUST TRY) They really made my experience shopping here fun, smooth, and quick. They're doing some construction on the lounge area, and I cant wait to see what it looks like. I'm so glad I found my favorite go to VAPE shop AND lounge in the area!!! Unlike other vape shops, this lounge has not only GREAT customer service, but they always have EVERYTHING IN STOCK. this shop makes other smoke shops look like a joke. I first came to the vape lounge in September, having just moved to Westwood and this being walking distance. They have a massive selection but what has impressed me the most is their consistently fantastic customer service. I'll never go anywhere else now. Without fail, regardless of who is behind the counter, you're greeted enthusiastically, always engaged in genuine conversation AND they take time to cater to your requests. I have never been disappointed by a recommendation. The guys have converted me to Yaya disposables, and although twice they have been defective they happily trade them out for me. I'm now in a habit of opening them there and testing before leaving. That's a manufacturers issue and they all get it. My only other comment is I've never seen female employees. I LOVE the guys here but let's mix it up a bit. I know some businesses like this are concerned for employee safety but I have seen them working in pairs during night shifts so maybe buddy up? read more

I have been going to The Vape Lounge ever since they first opened up in Westwood and I want to tell you all that this place never ceases to amaze me and they have surprises every time I walk in there. All of the staff that works there are super friendly and helpful and can find whatever you're looking for even if you're new to the whole vaping scene they can recommend the best starter vapes and even the best disposables and not to mention at all the best prices! I only give a two star rating because they would not swap out a relatively expensive device that stopped working less than two weeks after purchase. The owner inspected it, said nothing was my fault, but it was "luck of the draw" that I got a bad one. Most vape shops have a policy in place for this and replace lemons within a reasonable time frame. So unless the owner changes this going forward, I have zero incentive to buy any devices from this place. I will say that this is not a personal issue and I will give credit where it is due.--The owner (I forgot his name) is a stand up guy and knows his stuff. He offered to try to fix some broken cheap devices that I purchased elsewhere and had for ages. Prices are good in general, and he always has stuff in stock. But I still have to say that businesses should stand by stuff they sell-- and warrantees are for long term issues, not immediate defects. So just be cautious with what you buy-- juices, pods etc are fine, but you might get shafted if a big ticket item is broken out of the box. read more

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS HERE! The guy convinced me to buy Burnout instead of puff since it was cheap, big mistake. Its good for the first 2 hits, but after that, it was completely burned! I literally left the store for no more than 5 minutes, came back and told him it's defective. He took a hit and said yeah it is but he can't do anything because "I didn't take a hit inside the store". He kept telling me his boss would never go for it because the product was tried outside the store. I've been to a lot of vape shops before and once you sell a defective product, you return or exchange it, especially if you convinced the customer to try a new product. I won't be coming here anymore and just be buying all my products online where customer service is key. read more
