PSA to The Vape Mall customers... I am soooo beyond pissed! When I last went into the store in Wentzville to get vape juice, as I have done for pushing a decade, I was told they switched from Nicotine to Nixamide and was given upon request paperwork about the product. I chose to still purchase based on the provided paperwork. But the product sucked. I later did my own research and decided i did not want this product in my body. I emailed them (see pictures) and at first was told no changes had been made, then told that if ordered online would have regular nicotine. All lies! The ingredient list clearly shows Nixamide NOT nicotine! And since they have a no return policy I'm just out the $$ for not 1 but 2 bottles of juice. I am more mad about being lied to than the money but both are unacceptable! So for anyone over the years that I have referred to them, I am retracting that referral and recommending that you no longer patronize a business that will lie to you about ingredients that are going into your body! read more

TL:DR HORRABLE COSTUMER SERVICE Been using this service for years but the last two orders have been absolutely trash. the first one I wrote off as covid related struggle since it was just one bottle that was messed up. second order all 5 bottles came in with missing ingredients I asked for. Contacted costumer service and even though their initial reply was prompt the next reply didn't come till I asked for an update. They decided to ship me a bottle of menthol for me to fix their mistake. The rep told me it was sent out on Monday but wouldn't tell me how long the shipping would take. It looks like I am going to be waiting a while because tracking still shows they haven't received it to start the delivery process. This place is a true gem. My husband and I have totally different tastes in vaping equipment and juices, but we both love this place. They have the best prices on juice in St. Charles County that I've found. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. With Covid, they stopped offering samples, but we told them what we preferred and we loved their recommendations. They have great prices on large bottles, which means we have to go less often. The flavor and scent was way off, even after paying more for extra flavor on a 260 ml bottle of juice! I informed the company and basically was told I don't know what I'm talking about because of the way I ordered the product and that it hadn't "steeped" enough. Then I was told to send pictures of the label, I guess to see if I was lying or not. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Finally, got a poorly written note from the "Manager", not apologizing, but asking for a picture again arrived. I just received the 17ml bottle of flavoring to add to my order. I wanted to like them. But, like a lot of other web stores, they just don't bother shipping in a timely manner. They just don't have enough business to justify waiting two days to ship, especially when they offer expedited and super expedited shipping options. Like, why offer that if you're not going to ship pretty soon? I also own a web business and we ALWAYS ship same to next day, depending on time ordered. The internet is spilling over with vape stores. Look elsewhere. (This is nicotine - the stuff ex-smokers rely on. Frightening is the first word I can think of describing this place. Dirty back room mixing of juices by some employee with dirty hands. When I tried to ask them about their process of mixing juices they would not answer. When I asked them about the new FDA rules of ingredients for their juices they did not know the answer. They are friendly though and they have good prices on mods and tanks. So I don't mind buying a mod or tank from them but there is no way I would ever buy juice from them. I paid for 2 day shipping and it's been about 4 days now and when I look up the tracking number it has no delivery date expected, this is very frustrating as I should have had my package immediately sent out. These guys are great! I do all the business I can threw them! Their eJuice is always spot on in flavor, delivered fast (so fast I recommend steeping every new bottle you get for a week or two, it was just made before it got to your house!) and their prices are always hard to beat! Customer service is fantastic, they reply promptly to any emails and I've never got a mistreated product! One of only two places I ever buy my eCig supplies from and the store I always prefer to give my money to! I ordered from the vape mall for several months. This month I ordered a new vape from and underneath the vape I ordered showed where to order the coils. I ordered 3 coils . I get my vape and the coil that comes with the vape worked fine. The coils I ordered from them didnt work and when i messaged them that they didnt work it was a back and forth for days with them. I asked them to video chat with me to show them they didn't work and i kept messaging them because I was frustrated with them not listening. I got another email saying "oh the coils should work " and finally the next day they said we do see the coils we sent you dont work with that vape and we will send you 3 more. I get the 3 coils and 2 of them work and 1 was the same kind of coils they sent me the first time. I message them again telling them i will never order from them again they said sorry we dont make the coils. Yeah of course they dont make the coils but they send the wrong coils out. I went back to their site and looked up the vape i ordered and they still have that wrong coil still underneath it knowing full well it doesnt work with that vape.
