I did not know what to expect since I have never visited a dispensary before, but security was tight! LOL! After showing my ID to the security guard I was sent through to another secure area where another employee let me in to the store where I was greeted by a friendly & knowledgeable personal shopper. I was recommended a CBD/CBN tincture from a work colleague to help with sleep issues and I left with a CBD/CBN spray. No THC for me. ;) Tried it last night and for the first time in at least two years I slept through the night! I have no issues falling asleep, but I usually wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for two or more hours and have trouble going back to sleep and getting good quality sleep. The recommended dose is 3 to 6 sprays subcutaneously (under the tongue) and I did 4 sprays. This really worked! It didn't taste great, but I can overlook that for great sleep. Customer service was great. Operationally, not good. Overall- not a good experience. Product didn't ring up on the register. Second product didn't ring up on the register. Waited 15 minutes for the issue to get resolved. (No worries, it's understandable and the rep was very nice) Then the payment device had troubles. I tried alternatives but - I was not able to swipe my card for payment. I was directed to the ATM, that also did not work... Just a waste of 35 minutes. I would go to Swade or Heya. AWFUL!! New management. This is not the old Kind Goods. Had to deal with their manager at the Manchester, MO store. I was trying to return a cart that was inoperative. When they sold it they told me if I had any trouble, bring it back but leave it in the car. Today they told me they changed their policy 2 days ago--now I would have to take a video of the cart not working and send it to the HQ. I dont buy from people who lie and cheat. This is THE worst dispensary I've been to in the St Charles area. The most disappointing aspect is the total lack of professionalism and customer service. Without fail, you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes in line just to pick up an order because all the employees are so lazy and disorganized. They pretend like their prices are competitive, but once you're ready to make a purchase, there are all these hidden rules and policies they surprise you with that cancels out legitimate coupons or discounts you may be wanting to use. They are only there to make money and for no other reason. You will find so much better at Root66 or even Swade. I absolutely advise you stay away from the St Peters location of Kind. read more

Because I wanted to utilize points in my order, I WAS NOT eligible for the daily sale. If you post a sale for 15% off your entire order, but because I want to utilize my points earned from spending my hard earned dollars in your store, I can't utilize the daily sale; you ARE UNETHICAL in EVERY aspect of business morals. I've been going to Kind Goods for years now, including when Medical came out. The prices were great at the time. But the type of customer care and quality is gone. I probably spend over $1000 a week at this location. One day, a new employee was coming in (who also no longer works there) Wonder why? as she was coming up to her shift, I was leaving and backing up and she was in my Blindspot. She begins to start screaming at me saying, I'm going to hit her. I wasn't even but maybe just putting my car into shift to reverse. I hadn't even moved yet. But yet she went inside. I guess to ban me for life from all Kind Goods. The only reason I knew that is the next time I spend a large amount of money as I always do there they told me I was not allowed anymore. I asked to speak to a manager, who did not speak to me. so it seems like management doesn't care about how things are being ran either. Kind Goods is not so kind anymore. I've emailed management I've called management. I've done everything to try and explain my side of the story but yet they say they don't want my business anymore. So as I said, I highly recommend to try other dispensaries that are much better greater care about the company and the product. Here are some great alternatives that I have excellent prices probably better than Kind Goods even. Codes, High Profile, Root 66, and North. All have amazing prices and even better deals than Kind Goods shockingly!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

I have visited Kind Goods a few times now and I absolutely loved my experience. They have a great selection of flower (focusing on quality not just high testing strains). I've had this issue more than once I live about 45 minutes away so i try to order on line first but numerous times I've had issues with my order going thru and i there and they won't have what I tied to order but this last time was the last straw i called because my order didn't go thru again the guy I talked to told me they had plenty of what I was looking for was the $80 oz. So I get there and of course he lied they had 1 oz left and it was all shake and my next option was a $160 oz so it was either I drove an hour and a half for nothing take the shake or spend twice as much if this had only happened one time I wouldn't be leaving this review but it's happened a lot so I asked to have a manager call me said she call thing the next morning but of course nobody called I showed my loyalty to this place by driving an hour and a half to go there and did so a lot but they show no loyalty to the customer I have 8 kids and they all smoke so my family alot of money there but after my experience I think we'll all find a new place to go read more

Upon Entering Kind Goods. I was immediately hit with a smell, this odor, you just have to go for yourself. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with tasteful art adorning the walls. A few televisions are on the walls with currently sales and updates playing on them. Magazines are laid our for convential reading. Although you won't be spending long in this room. I was greeted by a Budtender who took me around the store front showing me various things as well as going over their best deals. As well as first asking me what I was looking and my desired effects. Store was kept super clean. Was well lit and showcased many jars of their current product. Remember guys like Jimmy John's, the Smells are Free. Enjoy them. Good dispensary, knowledgeable, staff, most of the time, a great selection. Only thing that stopped me from five stars is inconsistent discount/sale practices. I have went there since they first opened for REC, and depending on who serves you, and what time you go, you may or may not be able to combine points with the daily discounts.
