Been here twice so far, so I will give my thoughts. I like the set-up in this establishment. There is a substantial amount of variety as far as tanks, juices, mod boxes, and accessories go. The owner is a nice down to earth guy who will help in whatever way possible. He is educated in vaping. However he doesn't build but he does have the know-how. They won't make it right if they sell you a defective product, even if they are already aware the product is defective, they won't even warn you that the product is defective. I called Chris back less than 24 hours of him selling me a "dud", in his words. He refused to return or at least credit me back for the coil he THINKS may be the problem do I can purchase at another store. Didn't budge to compromise at all. Highly disappointed. I've been here a few times but won't be going back. I'll be disputing the charge bank since that's the only other solution to get my money back. read more

The new Owner and manger of this location is very knowledgeable in the vaping hobby. Any Old negative reviews are completely irrelevant. I will be keeping this in my saved locations. Supporting local business is very important in my opinion. I see this place becoming an exceptional staple to Northern canal Winchester vaping community. I'll tell you what. I'm a pretty non-confrontational and easy going person. If there's injustice or inequality I have no issue speaking up. Especially when it pertains to my money and my time. A week ago I went to this location to get a new battery. The purchase went normal, but the following day my battery did not function. It was not allowing me to smoke my vape. I tried to return and have a civil conversation. The old lady was rude, arrogant, and did not seem to CARE about a genuine customer trying to get some wrong, corrected. Not only her, but there was a gentleman there tonight who immediately began to poke his nose into my business and then threatened to put his hands on me. The old lady's reasoning for not wanting to give me a refund/replacement was because I didn't have THE BOX it came with. I never initiated or intended it to be a negative situation, yet do to their prejudice and pure ridiculousness escalated the situation. That is not how you run a business. The customer is part of the process as is products not functioning properly. You are borderline robbing people who are trying to give you business!!! And above all you don't have the decency or the people skills to handle moments like this. It looks like I am not the only one having these issues and I do not think that's a coincidence. I am a young black man trying to promote positivity, logic, and equality. No one deserves to have their money wasted, and more importantly no one deserves to be treated the way I was tonight. I hope the two people who were so mean spirited and downright ignorant have a change of heart. And I hope others out there read this review before deciding to show at this location. There are plenty of other places that will not give you a second of this, and I had to waste two trips of gas to go here. read more

There are so many of these places, this one happens to be round the corner from me so because of convenience i stopped in. Initially had an o k experience, i purchased a press and release battery that came in a cheap off brand box with no instructions or charger for 13.99. After typing this and reading, i realize that was my first mistake. So i am not use to the press and release battery, Had for a day or two it didn't light up, kept trying and trying no light on the button, kept the receipt brought it in, talked to the guy i bought it off of, Chris, he presses it 5 times and it worked. Though felt like an idiot, what doesn't come with instructions anymore? Or maybe start explaining that to paying customers that tell you they are not use to press and release. So after a few days of my 13.99 investment still not working i take it back wanting a refund. I walked in and didn't really get the same customer greeting that i did from Chris. Instead had a below par greeting from a short haired older woman with glasses, supposedly the manager. I tell her the problems i have had with the battery, and that it wont take a charge, and the button just keeps blinking. She gives me the third degree, takes the battery and tries to charge it. Says with a little attitude, well it's charging for me so i can't give you a refund. I told her if what i have is not charging it, what use is it for me? She continues to be patronizing saying uh buy a charger. This is the manager? It goes sour. I get mad, she then says she will give me a refund as long as i never come back. If i was a box of fireworks and you lit them all on fire, you don't have a say when they stop going off. If you were a good manager you would of never lit them by having a tone that she had. A good manager is suppose to diffuse the situation no matter what mood a customer is in. A bad manger blames the customer for being in a bad mood, a bad manager threatens to call the police on a customer when the manager treats a customer like a child. I give her my I.D to get my refund, and she actually says to me, Oh Chris told me about you.........................................What a manager. No wonder no one has reviewed this pace in awhile. Came in was greeted right away. They have a lot of juice to choose from. They also have a good mod selection the only bad I would have to say about this place is that there is an older lady sitting in the back table who turned on a fan and interrupted our clouds. But I will say that the sales person I believe his name is chris he is very knowledgeable and really hot. Best shop in Columbus, hands down! Their selection of batteries, tanks, and liquids is better than any place I've seen - tons of variety! Chad was super helpful - he had an explanation for all of my questions, and he was fun to hang out with while we sampled liquids. He said that he hand-selected all of the liquids, and I believe him because even the worst ones (to my taste) weren't as bad as half the liquids on the average vape shop's counters. This place is apparently okay with customers buying paperweights. I explained exactly what I wanted, and the (nice) lady sold me the product that was supposedly the perfect match. Roughly 30 minutes after I left, the tank started to leak like she said it would not, so i brought it back to the store. Another employee took it over to a table and tinkered with it, brought it back to me, and said it was fixed. About 45 minutes later, yep, leaking again... so i brought it back... again. The lady tinkers with it and finally says "you can't use it that way, try to do it the way i do it."Then try to sell me accessories for it that might help it not to leak ............ Wait a minute... I specifically asked for a product that I could use a certain way, and you said it was this one! They say they can't take it back unless they can get it to leak by using it the way THEY use it... so im basically out $50.00 for a paperweight. I won't be coming back. read more
