They also recommended that I watch YouTube videos about the product, as they didn't know how to use it. Only problem is that since it's a drop-shipped product, the only place you can find anything about it is on a shady wholesale website with no information. Not only did they only offer to refund to a gift card, this store literally only had ONE of this type of item, and never carry enough stock to be reliable of my usual purchases, so essentially I will never be able to use the gift card.

He also introduced me to Randy's after I'd only been recommended meh glass cleaners. Still use Randy's, too.
