There are many Vape shops in the Knoxville area but this location is the kindest and most helpful I have visited. The owner was onsite the day I visited and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was excellent and I felt as if they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my selection. This store has a huge selection of top of the line juices and also very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. The pricing is the best n town by far. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, selection was ok, prices were good. Easy ingress, egress, and parking. I got a few extra clearance vapes to try and a couple were past the expiration date, so check dates on clearance items. All in all I spent $78 on about 8 vapes total. They didn't have my usual flavor so I got a bunch of others to try and I still can't stand most vape flavors, but now I know for sure lol Normally I get my one kind, it lasts me several months, and then I need to replace it. It's been a struggle finding a place to go where I can figure out what to get when I can't find my usual, but I feel confident about learning more about everything through this shop. I smoked cigarettes for all of my adult years until using a vape helped me quit smoking in 2018, still one of my proudest achievements in life. Now I use the vape rarely but it does a lot of heavy lifting when I do. I'm not trying to make consumption of a chemical my whole personality, I just need a thing to deliver that chemical into my system that isn't gross, and I need to be able to buy it at a place that doesn't make me feel gross. The Vape Shop helped get me started with vaping over a year ago back when they were just a little booth in a flea market. Now they have a brick and mortar store, and it's awesome. Couches, TV, coil-building tables, and a voopin' stand in the bathroom. Plus, their sampling set-up is top-notch. While The Vape Shop has an awesome selection of products, from juices to gear, that's not why I go here. I go to the Vape Shop because the people who work here are friendly, helpful, and honest. I've never seen anything but exceptional service from every single employee at The Vape Shop, and I can say that with full confidence. I cannot recommend this store enough, and while I don't live in the area anymore, I'd rather make a long detour to The Vape Shop rather than deal with another place. While Knoxville has other shops that are great, The Vape Shop is better, and it'll always be the one I head to. If you're looking to quit smoking and have no idea where to start, stop by The Vape Shop. They will help you. I started my vaping career in this shop. I permanently put down 2 packs a day for 27 years twenty minutes after walking out of this shop with my itaste CLK! Haven't craved a cigarette since. I've upgraded gear, but haven't even thought of a cigarette. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the gear they carry. The slim fella with the spiked hair and long gotee talked my wife through every aspect of that Innokin stick. Cleaning, changing coils, everything! I've been several times since for coils, a tank or two, and a refill of Outlaw juice. My experience is always the same. I could live in this place if they'd just let me set up a mailbox. Amazing customer service. I knew absolutely nothing about vaping when I walked in the store. I had been given a rig that I didn't know how to use and honestly I was not too excited about putting down tobacco and starting to vape. They patiently explained everything I needed to know and explained that they used to be smokers also, but were able to stop through vaping. Then they talked me through what flavors I would most likely want. I was able to sample flavors for 99 cents, 50 cents of which was refunded when I made a purchase. I was in the store for over a half hour and never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. And I haven't smoked a cigarette since I walked out of there!
