I do not understand all of the negative comments about this shop. I have heard praises from others on how well these folks do, and the level of service that they provide. I cannot help but wonder if some or all of these comments are being posted by competitors instead of real customers. These folks offer all kinds of promotions including customer days in which you can come out and participate in barbeques and other events that make your shopping and vape experience a lot more user friendly. As with any full coverage vape shop, you are provided a choice in purchasing either authentic products, or cloned products. So if you want to have the real deal, it is there, or if you need to go with a cloned product, you can be assured of a quality clone as well. There are other shops in this area, and from personal experience, you can do a lot worse than shopping here. As an addenum, if you really do have the desire to be cheated and abused, try out the King Vape Shop, as those folks will give you misinformation and set your products up so that you will be in an endless loop of returning to have them make more adjustments from where they set it to fail to start with. And you can be assured they will sell you the wrong size wire, and then wrap it around a business card to make sure you get hot spots right from the start. And that does not metion the old e-juice, or the advisement to buy e-juice that no one else wants. I am a person who always checks reveiws. The negative reveiws of The Vape Shop are simply untrue. This vape shop is amazing. Went there to try an stop smoking an start vaping again an they were super helpful. Was created the moment I walked through the door by a extremely friendly guy who waited on me an stood with me while I looked asked questions and was very indecisive. When I finally made my choice he immediately started putting my mod box together, while a very nice women took me over to the tasting bar where she asked me a few questions an picked out a couple amazing favors that I loved. She gave me some great advise on level considering the strong system I chose an even custom mixed one for me. After I was done making all my choices I went back to the desk counter with the guy who gave me a run down of how to use, an how it all went together. He even put some purple tape on my battery since I bought a purple system an dice the battery was going to show. The girl filled my tank while I paid an I was on my way. I totally forgot how awesome this place an people were. I was considering trying a new place since i have only ever been to this store, but I'm glad I came back here. I am a complete newbie when it comes to vaping and vaping accessories. After having been burnt terribly by a different "smoke shop" I was referred to check these guys out. First off, the staff is incredible. They don't look down on you or use any type of pretentious or condescending tone. They are more than happy to explain everything as in depth as humanly possible. Any time I've had any user errors from products bought in the store or at other locations; Connor and the owner have both taken the time to troubleshoot and help me get a better grasp of what exactly it is I'm doing wrong. The juice selection is constantly expanding and there are always new samples from local juice makers to be tried. The guys in the shop will help you rebuild your RDA, and set up your products after purchase and make sure everything is working perfectly. These guys are the absolute best! I was a 10 year smoker and decided to try Vaping in efforts to stop the nasty habit. I tried several stores local to my home, however I felt that none were knowledgable about the process. I needed someone to teach me what I needed to be successful in quitting smoking by Vaping. I stumbled upon this shop while I was on that side of town and was amazed at what I had been missing. The atmosphere in this shop is like none other that I have experienced. Not sure what the deal is with the haters and their reviews, but I have nothing but good things to say about The Vape Shop! Their selection of devices is excellent, from the starter kits to the top-of-the line MODs. True, you can get much of what they sell online for less money, but it is absolutely worth it to pay their *slightly* higher prices for the OUTSTANDING and knowledgeable customer service they provide. I bought my first mech MOD & RTA from them, knowing nothing about how to build a coil, and the helpful staff put their lunch on hold to show me how to build it! They also have a great selection of juice, and a huge tasting bar to help you make a selection. The atmosphere is nice and the people (both staff and "regulars") are friendly. I'm from California, so I have plenty of options as far as vape shops go.. I was down here in Winston Salem and saw this place on yelp. So I decided to stop by and check it out and I was greeted as I walked in and treated with excellent service the entire time. Not only was the service good but they had plenty options for juice. I bought a few bottles to take back ( Dr. Green, Warpstar and there own blend- water berry chill ) to Cali. The "vape shop" has authentic mods, and plenty of options and builds. This is my favorite value shop in town. They stock a variety of liquids that I like, and are very helpful for new people getting into vaping. On the whole, I find their prices to be extremely reasonable and they certainly have plenty of mods. They will let you sample whatever you want, and they frequently host major gatherings, trainings, etc. I find their mod prices are slightly higher than I can find online, but that is true of all the brick and mortar stores in this area. The BEST vape shop I have been to, the staff is very friendly and really know what they are talking about, didn't get the feeling that if I wasn't spending money then I just needed to leave, they have a cool lounge area, tables for the people that rebuild coils and stuff and if they are not real busy they will personally come and sit with you and just hang out!! fIrst thing is this is a great shop I haven't had more fun and the staff is very helpful great group of guys. I go there close to twice a week to try some off there new flavor's speaking of vape flavor's holy crap they have got them and at a great price from what I have seen around town.
