I would never recommend this shop their website and door say 8 AM that they open that is completely a LIE. Customer service that you would lie to your people who come and shop about what time you even open not reliable at all. This store is top notch from those in NYC, Maryland, Boston, and others I've visited in Fort Meyers! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, personable and accommodating! Whether you've been at for years or your first time stepping foot into a vape shop they treat you the same! My mother is somewhat of a newbie and they work with her each visit to find the perfect module, flavors, and coil so each pull is to perfection! The establishment is up to code from practices to signage, hygienic, spacious and has something for every aspect of the spectrum. They even call when something she wants comes back in stock-- that's exceptional customer service and beyond the standards of what is required. Kenneth (the assistant manager) is notable to mention as I trust him to assist my mother when I'm not around; he is the golden standard for going above and beyond, setting the tone for the employees and empowering them to do the same! My debit card information was compromised almost immediately after using The Vape Store's site, in fact, it was about 48 hours after placing an order on their site that the fraudulent charges began. This business is either a bunch of thieves, or someone that handles orders is selling card information. Awfully strange that so many people have their card information stolen after purchasing from this business. Stay away and purchase from a reputable site. Not a bad spot. I was in town and stuck doing a 34 hour reset(I'm a truck driver) and noticed this place on google maps next to the Home Depot I was parked at. They had an ok selection of juices. Seems as though they had a large selection of house juices, but through my pass experiences with Vape shops and their "House Juice" I decided to go with a juice I was familiar with. The guy that helped me was cool and also gave me a trucker discount. Not bad. read more

I came in today to purchase a sourin drop so that I could taper my juice level down from the disposables. I was helped by Carlos. He was very nice in the store. I later on was having trouble with my device and called the store to troubleshoot with Carlos. He then mistakenly gave me the incorrect directions, after me specifying what I was talking about. I even asked him to get a device and look at it directly while we were on the phone so that he would know what I was talking about. I let him know that one side of my pod was hitting but the other chamber was not. He said they both connect to the same source and coil which is not true because you have to fill each chamber separately and I can visibly see two separate coils. He then told me to take off the pod and see if there was anything between the pod and connectors. I said yes there's a rubber piece on the device. He said take it off. I said okay and struggled to pull it off with tweezers and then when I told him my device was no longer functioning he told me I took the seal off of the device and he "has never heard of anyone doing that, and if he knew what I was taking off he would have told me that's insane because he's never heard of anyone taking off that piece". I was very specific about which piece I was talking about and he said due to the mistake I can not get another device even though I've had it MAYBE an hour. Ridiculous.i come in here all the time and am always treated with respect but after my recent interaction with CARLOS I will think twice about coming back. read more

i'm from out of state , passing by in hopes of a specific vape. they did not have. our first encounter with the staff was flabbergasting. we politely asked if they had extra masks since there was even a sign on the handle. which was filthy and was turned away. when we returned with masks no greeting. just what do you want. completely unprofessional and rude. as i was looking i was having trouble with what flavor to pick and was rushed into picking one. after seeing the prices , i had asked why they were overpriced if they were being taxed as well. they responded with "you're buying fake ones for that price " 0/10 never coming back and would not recommend to my worst enemy. read more

Overall poor experience. Bought a vape pen for cbd and it was broken when we opened it. Went in the next day and they didn't let us return it. Then Carlos, the owner I think, recommended a different pen for cbd. CBD burns way too hot on the pen and other employees said that we should have never bought it. Carlos denied suggesting that pen and again we couldn't return it after it was purchased. Two pens down the drain. Poor experience. Do not recommend this spot. read more

I really like the staff at this location. I find them to be exceptionally knowledgeable of the products and mods that they carry and have yet to lead me astray. Super friendly staff. Enjoyable atmosphere. However, I do find there E - juice flavors lacking in comparison to some of the other stores. Because they are open until 9 pm I have stopped in to get a bottle to get me thru the night as most shops close earlier. read more

The only reason they're even getting a star is because if you're in the area and don't mind paying an outrageous price for your smoking needs, then by all means go here. They have a wide selection of disposables, mods, and juice. Even some papers and CBD items. Every other smoke / vape store in the entire 239 has a wide selection and much better pricing. They're expensive because they sell not at a whole sale price. When you go to Gateway Quick Mart, a puff bar will run you $10.64 . At this shop, they'll charge you 12.99. Carlos is an employee there (not sure if he's the manager but he's frequent ) and the past few months I've gone in he's treated me with an attitude and slight disrespect. Not a good representation of the business. I've been a customer for three years and never seemed to run into Carlos until recent. Wish I remembered the guy's name. So everyone could know which guy not to take advice from. They recommend different coils then what I've been using. I bought two packs. I tired them out, my device did not register the coils. When I went back they would not give me a refund or give me store credit. I started going to this vape shop in 2013, as I lived in the apartment complex just across the street. They were nice and the service was fine, however I found that their juice is weak and poorly flavored. Then, last year, they accidentally charged me twice for a battery, and treated me like a criminal when I tried to have the charge reversed. I brought in my credit card statement showing them that they had charged me twice, and the manager felt it necessary to tell me that I cannot make another return on a battery, like I'm trying to rip them off $30. This coming after being a regular customer for two years. They are increasingly becoming more and more pretentious. I went in for a spare battery and was told condescendingly that they only carry replacable battery mods and they don't have anything that I would be able to use. I now go to Gateway Vapor. Better service, better juice, and better selection. read more

I went to this store today since I just moved to the area and they are right across the street. Today was my first and last experience there. I told them I had never been there before and that was pretty much the extent of the conversation. The guy who was behind the counter where the liquids were was talking amongst 2 other guys there (not sure if they worked there. He seemed to know them). Never once bothered to ask if I had any questions. I asked if they allow sampling and he said no. Didn't bother to ask what I currently vape or my preferred flavors. Nothing. I had to ask the guy next to me his opinions. The guy behind the counter didn't seem to want to help me at all. I bought a Bogo deal in the smallest packaging because I wasn't sure about the flavoring. I will go back to Gateway Vapor from now on. Those guys are both knowledgeable and friendly. read more
