I have come in here a couple times in the past in need of some cheap juice and he has always delivered what I need. Today I was having a hell of a day. The juice that I ordered online - because it was on sale - was meant to be delivered yesterday but somehow got lost in the mail. I can't reach usps to figure it out and the website just says it couldn't be delivered but not why. So I had no juice. I went last night to get juice from another store - called Johnny Vapes, if I'm not mistaken - because it was the only one open after 8pm. The woman told me it had 3 mgs nicotine and I didn't check cuz I believed her. Then I got home and my partner pointed out to me that the bottle says zero nicotine. No wonder I'm so cranky. So today I decided I'd get some strong juice with high nicotine that I could mix with the juice I got so as not to waste it. I have a choice of several stores but I chose to go to St. Pete Vape and I'm so glad I did. The guy was amazing and he immediately understood my dilemma and offered the perfect solution. He just so happened to have samples of a juice with 36mg of nicotine. He put a couple drops into my vape to try and it was perfect. I'm so thrilled. Then he told me I could just take the bottle at no charge! What! This man is a true star and he's totally my hero. I didn't even tell him that I'm in a financial bind and that I really can't afford to keep buying juices that get lost in the mail or that have no nicotine at all. It's just too much. He could have taken $30-40 from me today. It would have been easy and I'd have paid without a complaint and still been happy. Instead, he took nothing from me but he gained a lifelong customer. I will be back soon because I need a new vape. Mine is old and falling apart. I found one I love in his store but he didn't have the color I wanted (he only had gold but that's not his fault cuz that's what the company sent him) so I told him to order me one in any other color but gold and I'll be back for it. So you'll be seeing me again. I'll be coming back any time I need anything vape related. And I'll be telling everyone I know who vapes that they have to go to St. Pete Vape, the number one vape shop in all of St. Petersburg. I was on…read morevacation recently & came with my favorite cousin - hoping to get him to switch to vaping after being a smoker for many years. Vape shops are a dime a dozen but what separates a good shop from the rest are a staff who genuinely cares & selection. I was more than happy as it seems this was that kind of shop. The owner & staff were amazing. The selection of juices & mods were plenty & I noticed some of my own favorites on the shelf... & there was an adorable dog to greet us upon entering, too. While I didn't need an explanation personally, my family did & the owner's enthusiasm & knowledge was reassuring to them. I purchased a mod, some juices, & batteries - basically everything to get my cousin started. They were helpful in showing my cousin how to get his new vape set up & we were on our way. Upon leaving, my cousin was happy with this change. I was glad he was open to it, but also knowing once I leave, he can come back here for his needs. His wife & son (both nurses) were absolutely so shook they immediately sobbed in the car before we left. Decades of smoking has come to end.
