I was very angry at first but I understand both sides so be aware, if ever purchase something more expensive, you might wanna be persistent demanding a receipt. They have the ability and will provide one if needed. Anyhow... my boyfriend called them up yesterday and Erica, the manager couldn't be more nicer and sympathetic about our issue. Not the customer service I got at the time of purchase but one person can't be blamed for a whole planet so... I shall over pass my prior dissatisfaction and give thumbs up to Erica and the shop which I personally like, being convenient, location wise as well as their inexpensive, good variety products. She assured us she will discuss it with the owner and get back with us which sure enough she did the very next day and gave us a receipt without any hesitation.
