You definitely should not greet a customer who just walks in your business with calling them "Bud". "Sir" is the proper way to greet a customer if you'd like them to return. Anyways I bought a glass water piece for 175 dollars but when I got home I noticed too late that the little handle to the bowl piece was broken off, sold to me that way. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and kind. That said, during a recent visit (today) I noticed a few of the staff members not caring enough about the mask policy. Allowing the mask below the nose and having it half on. I respect everyone's right to feel however they want but it didn't make me feel very safe. I regularly go out of my way to support this local shop but I will unfortunately be shopping online until this Covid-19 stuff passes. They did have hand sanitizer ready for those that use it. Again, this is a great store and I recommend it to those that do not think that masks are important. Hopefully, I get to shop at my local store again very soon.
