The store employee was patient with me and explained the mistake I'd made and how I could avoid this in the future. He could have easily sold me a new tank as it was my mistake; instead he fixed me up. Sent me away happy.

I received a reply in minutes with a promise that they would send it out early the following week (I messaged on a Friday July 15) and received it today :) They put in an extra bottle as a sorry for the delay - in my preferred flavour profile :) I'm definitely super pleased with them taking ownership and the extra bottle is greatly appreciated as it's not just a 30ml, but a 60ml. I specifically told them not to apply it to a transaction which they ended up doing. The request was non-confusing and I was very specific about asking for a a gift card separately. I even mentioned being OK with having to do two separate transactions in order to ensure I get a gift card. Afterwards support was unable to resolve my issue and was incredibly slow and unhelpful. Don't seem to trust or care about their consumers. I would recommend going to the joint, or virtually any other dispensary.
