They also offer tax and advisory services as well as other commercial stuff. For my cousin, they helped him on partnership agreements which is relevant if there are more than one partner in a business. When I used them I found that they were not as efficient and professional as he had said, so i wouldnt recommend them! I used them to help me with setting up a new company which was everything you would need to know from a legal perspective, they advised me on from scratch. But they failed to return phone calls and emails quickly which left me feeling frustrated and worried about the progression of my file. Overall i guess i would say they're just ok.
