Called the next day, spoke with Jessica, tried to schedule appointment for two pediatrics and a dip manicure. I was informed the establishment is not accepting new clients. While traveling for the holiday, I appreciate that they were able to make an appointment for the time I needed. When I arrived, the spa felt tired. The locals seemed to enjoy the space so I relaxed. It didn't stop me from noticing the nail dust on the table I was seated in. Old nail clippings. The chairs clients sit in are also worn and are uncomfortable. Client service was great so I think this spa has a chance to regain their title; just need to clean up and freshen up the spa. I will try a different spa next time.
