I took my daughter in with me to get a rebate for me, and a full set for her. Bad idea! I requested pink powder, which they did. However it didn't match the previous powder and left me with ugly color stains in my nail. The nails were bumpy and have not held up great. In a very short time, all of my daughters nails popped off. Mine are now peeling g away from the nail bed, have huge air gaps in the nail, and the acrylic overlay is separating from the length of the nail! No, I don't think we will be back. I have been to this establishment quite a few times. Every time it's been a very chaotic experience. An appointment means nothing. You could have an appointment at a certain time and six other people arrive at the same time. You're not guaranteed that you will get the service you had requested in a timely manner. Today I was there for an appointment For a pedicure and a manicure. I waited two hours between my pedicure and my manicure. That is extremely unprofessional in my book. The owner does not write down the appointments and people just keep piling in. A pedicure which should take about half an hour to 45 minutes usually ends up being two hours. Beware about this establishment. If there are other options, you should take them. read more

I'll give them a one star because they were super friendly. But the gel polish was sloppy - all over my fingers outside of the nail. Honestly, I've had my 7 yo niece give me a better manicure. I went out to my car and was examining them and was really bummed about it, but I didn't have the time to have them redone. I stopped going here years ago because I felt the quality was poor. However, I was in town and in need of a pedi. I called ahead and was pleased to hear they would able to get me in. When I arrived the pedi chairs were all still dirty from last customers... too bad they can't clean up right away and have salon looking nice. They got me in a chair to start soaking and then Tony came in the back looking like he'd been woken up and called in?? Anyway he started my service.... he forgot to put cuticle remover/oil on one foot. He did not put spacers in my curly, weird toes and one nail touched the other toe... I had to ask him to fix it. When he was done I looked down to see polish all over my skin around toes... had to ask that he come clean it up. The polish job was bad... lumps, this spots, just over all sloppy. He offered to re-do... why not just do a good job the first time??? I will give him credit that he gave a good massage. I have friends the swear by Gina and only Gina. I've had okay experiences here in the past with Gina, but the last time I went was pretty disappointing. Tony gives a nice massage, but not so good on the nails. The salon was also kind of dirty, and the minute I sat down I wish I hadn't. It was okay for a manicure in a pinch, but it has already chipped badly and is pretty uneven. I had my nails done for the very first time at Vn Nails about 6 weeks ago. I asked for Gel Nails, something I thought would be less invasive than acrylic. I went in 3 weeks later to get them done again. My nails hurt afterward, which I learned could be normal. I started noticing bruising under my nails and something didn't seem right. After a week I went to another Salon to have them removed. The owner was mortified after she could not remove them with acetone, which is the normal procedure for Gel nails. She soaked them longer and they still would not disolve. Then she noticed that they had ground my natural nails when they removed the orginial Gel nails. I am having to let whatever they applied grow out and keeping my ugly fingers crossed that there is not permanent damage from griniding my nails. read more

The worst pedicure ever. The male salon own refused to trim my nails and then when he finally did trim them he cut my toe.

I used this salon from the time they opened until July 2016 when I moved away and was always very pleased! Gina and Tony are great people, did a fantastic job! If I was to make one suggestion would be for them to hire someone to keep the salon clean between customers so they could move from one to the next without having to clean workspaces. read more

I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews prior to going, but I took the chance from just reading the google and Facebook reviews. I am extremely disappointed. I was referred here since I just moved to the area. Had a couple of broken nails, very outgrown and in desperate need of help. I should have noticed the red flags from the get go. I called ahead to get an appointment in the afternoon. The lady on the phone insisted that I just come in. Well, I live 30+ minutes away and wasn't ready to leave the house. So we finally settle on an appointment an hour from when I called. Which isn't how I wanted my morning to start. Then I got there, their signage is awful, wasn't sure I was in the right place. The salon wasn't clean what so ever. That was my second red flag. Then I sat down and the male tech, I'm guessing his name is Tony, wanted to SOAK OFF MY ACRYLICS.... I wanted a rebase and stated this multiple times. So after I told him that I didn't want them soaked off, I just needed a rebase. His attitude was AWFUL! Then he started to file down my nails. Burned me multiple times, ran the filer/tool on my skin multiple times. Then I asked him to shorten them..... Well I might as well have natural nails now. I had to ask him multiple times throughout the process leading up to this point to fix something on my nails, they weren't straight, they weren't even, etc. His attitude just kept getting worse. Then he asked me where I lived..... and when I told him, his entire demeanor changed... in a negative way! He shaped each nail different, they are all different lengths, he didn't fix the ones I specificially asked him to fix. etc. After I washed my hands, he started polishing right away. Didn't ensure that my nails were dry prior to putting polish on them. We finally got to the polish part. Which was TWO HOURS LATER!! and the polish is uneven, ALL OVER my skin, I am sure a 2 year old could have done a better job. He didn't seal the polish on the ends so I am sure they will peel quickly. There are air bubbles on multiple nails. Then after he put the top coat on, he decided to SHAPE THEM AGAIN!!!! I am so disappointed about how my nails turned out. I will be getting them done AGAIN today somewhere else. If someone is paying you for a service, the service you provide better be the best damn service that person has ever had. The best marketing you don't have to pay for is word of mouth. Make sure that marketing is top notch. This place is indeed the worse nail salon I've ever been too and I've been getting my nails done for nearly 15 years. I'll drive 2+ hours to my original nail tech. read more
