What a horrible experience. We arrive 15 min early as stated in our reservation. Once there we were told it would be about 15 mins wait. We had drinks in their pub and waited. Actually gave them approx 25 min. Once told again it would be another 15 min. So now we are appox 45 min pass our reservation time. Went to see what the delay was. While waiting for someone to ask, I observed the manager discussing with the people eating that their food was cold. The reason the manger said the food was cold was because it was coming from outside. Then all the dinners started complaining about their food being cold. The manager got mad and said then you guys can have a refund. Since now we are over an hour since our reservation time we asked for a refund. The manager looked and me and walked off. I followed him and asked again in which he gave me a half baked answer. Then some woman I'm assuming was management approached me aggressively to go outside and talk. She thought she was going to chastise me like her kid or something. This place is ran by a bunch of people that don't know about customer service. We requested a refund as a lot of others. Thank you for destroying Valentines day for us as well as others that night. Not one apology all we got was excuses. I wouldn't take my dog here. read more

My family and I have been wanting to try The Venetian Estate for a while now. We got to try it a few weeks ago but it slipped my mind to leave a review until this morning. I called and made a reservation for us. We were seated upstairs, which was very nice as we had the whole upstairs to ourselves. The decor was very nice and elegant. The bathrooms were also very posh and clean. We got the Cheese Bites for our appetizer. They were very delicious! The cheese could have been melted just a slight more though. The serving sauce was a nice touch. For my entree, I got the French Onion Soup and the Kids Spaghetti. Kinda silly I know but my stomach can't handle a lot of food or I get sick. The French Onion Soup was very good though, there was generous pieces of onion, bread, and the soup itself. I would try it again for sure! The Kids Spaghetti was quite good, the noodles were cooked well, and the sauce was tasty. There needed to be more sauce though, as there wasn't a whole lot. I did ask for more sauce after I saw what was brought out, It was still enjoyable though. For dessert, my family and I got the Crème Brûlée, Maple Blondie, and the Bourbon Cake. The Crème Brûlée was super rich and silky. Creme Brûlée's are one of my favorite desserts so this one from The Venetian Estate held up to my expectations. The Maple Blondie had wonderful flavor, it was nice and chewy. The Ice-cream on top was very yummy, and the sauce drizzled had a good flavor as well. The Bourbon Cake was mouthwatering. You could tell it had Bourbon in it (DUH LOL) but it was super good! The Bourbon flavor wasn't to overwhelming. The Bourbon Cake was nice and light. The cake was not heavy at all. It was also served with Ice-cream. The sauce in the bottom of the dish also had a Bourbon flavor which was nice. I loved all of the desserts and would come back and give them all another taste. The service was nice, and perfect for a night out. Only thing that wasn't nice, was how long the food took to get out to us. Other than that everything else was pretty nice. I would make sure to come back again, so I could try more of the delicious food! read more

The atmosphere was nice but the food took awhile to come out. I order steak and eggs over easy. The steak came out cold and the eggs where almost hard boiled. The food had little to no flavor. The only enjoyable part was the bottomless mimosas. Will probably not eat here again. read more

Took over an hour for our food and 4/5 orders were wrong. Took another 30 mins to get it all sorted out. Nobody but high school kids work here, need some adults. Tried this place 4 times the last few months but I won't be back. read more

Went here for brunch on Sunday. They have the house portion of the estate where you can eat, as well as the pub. We went to the pub. Awesome selection of really good food and very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Janell was our server and was fantastic! read more
