Emily always knocks the designs out of the park. And when I'm not sure on colors or designs she takes my inspiration pics and make things come to life even better than I expect. She is so efficient and quick that it makes the visit even more wonderful. She is a great nail tech and always fun chatting during my appointment. I paid $10 more for the Deluxe and I thought I would have gotten a little more foot massage and calf massage, but that did not seem to be the case. This is like my third pedicure, so I didn't know how to advocate for myself other than tell her she was hurting me which she completely ignored and slapped my foot. I can't believe I paid for the service. I definitely talked to another person at the front desk and they said they could offer me another pedicure, which obviously isn't what I wanted. I don't recommend going here unless you want to be cut up and treated like trash for telling them they hurt you.
