When we were designing the piece, he even went out of his way to watch episodes of One Piece so he could really understand the vibe and bring the right energy into the design. That level of dedication meant a lot to me. Throughout the appointment, he explained every step of the process so I always felt comfortable and knew what was happening next. The shop in Springfield off Q Street is always clean, welcoming, and has great music playing, which makes the whole experience even better. The sleeve isn't finished yet, but it already looks amazing, and I'm beyond excited to keep working with Illya to complete it.
