The front desk child made an error in January and didn't charge for a service, acted like her error was my fault, told me "she had to pay for it and wanted me to know" what the heck!!! The pedi I got is very good. My issue is we had a gaping misunderstanding about the polish I wanted. So I like to be a little different- like I could do each foot a different color, or the big toe one color and the little toes another... I might do every other toe...anyway, I asked for the big toe a sparkly gel and the little toes the same gel without the black behind it. My tech wasn't getting it. In the end, I ended up with two options from each idea I had but not the ones that I picked to go together. Ultimately, she did a good job and it looks good but just isn't exactly what I wanted. Short: Pretty quick and good quality service. Area is very clean and nice. Can be a little chaotic but lots of nail color selection. Visited late June 2022. I came in for just a regular polish manicure [$25]. They attended to me quickly enough and let me know to pick out my nail color. They didn't have many spots for manicures, about 5 seats (physical seating arrangements). The employee who did my nails, I must say paid a lot of attention to my nails and cuticles. Definitely making sure they were healthy and clean. You don't need to worry about asking for cuticle oil (like some places I've heard). Employee [she] asked if I wanted my nails cut or not and what shape I wanted. (I had a manicure a week or so ago, so to be honest she didn't have to file the shape much) Employee added about 3 layers of color regular polish, which I was happy about and paid much attention to the amount of polish being layered. While doing the hand massage, one of my nails wasn't fully dried and she quickly redid it (only with 2 polish layers, but I'm glad she noticed). However, then had me sit for 10 mins for the nails to air dry. I didn't mind, but I wished they had nail dryers, just so that I can be sure. Place looks really nice [love the chandelier and the pedicure water bowls] and you can get alcohol/cocktails. Front staff, one was training I believe, both were young, but were very nice and helpful. Definitely like that it is AAPI operated, clean, cool music, and lots of color selection. I definitely will be coming back! I came in for a gel x removal. My nail beds are now completely over drilled and in pain. This damage will take months to grow out. The woman who did my nails was incredibly reckless with my nails leaving cuts all around my finger from the drill as well. This is my go to spot for my nails. I've always just walked in and didn't realize you needed an appointment. They've always accommodating me, even when I didn't make an appointment. Finally made one and was so glad I did. Dena was the nail technician I saw. She did an excellent job and plan to make my appointments with her. My nails look amazing and exactly what I wanted for my holiday party! Make sure to make an appointment if you don't they will work you in. Update: my gel polish has already peeled off -- I'm sorry I even bothered. Next time I'll find another salon. First, the pros: I was able to get in last minute and had the no frills pedicure I wanted. They seemed to take a great deal of time with cleanliness so that was great. Cons: it definitely felt like an assembly line. There were numerous chairs that were so close together I didn't have room to put my shoes on. Also, the technician left a big chunky piece of gel polish that hardener under the light. It's not a big deal -- I smoothed it on my own at home -- but for oh very $50 I feel like that should have been caught. Overall I'd give it a 6/10. read more

I keep giving this place a try hoping it will get better but my nails last for like 24 hours here when I get them done. The gel lifts sometimes there's bumps in it. Wow. Just a bit over a week getting my nails done and the polish has chipped off! I spent $45 having a gel fill which is a 50% hike of the cost of a regular salon. I guess getting a glass of wine is a big deal if you're into that sort of thing, but I'm not. I wasn't even offered a can of Coke Zero! And paying an extra $15 for that?! No thank you! AVOID. I'm posting this review after coming home from the podiatrist, where I just had to have my toenail removed due to complications from the shoddy pedicure I received at Nails Uncorked. According to my doctor's assessment, the nail technician's incompetence scraping around in my nail resulted in my toenail becoming detached from the cells that allow it to grow, and my nail literally died. Then a new nail grew behind it and got infected. So, this $50 pedicure has resulted in three doctors visits, hundreds of dollars in medical bill, and a removed toenail. Oh, and five new plantar's warts. And I thought the worst part of the experience was going to be some woman spilling her mimosa on me! What's really frustrating is that I've reached out to Nails Uncorked twice prior to posting this review (and prior to learning that because of them, I had to spend Valentine's Day getting a nail ripped out), and asked for a refund. They have repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund and haven't even acknowledged me. This seems really unprofessional. I will never trust Nails Uncorked again, and I hope that you, reader, don't either. read more

I had never seen a nail salon who does your pedicure for just around 10mins and flat out lied in your face. Never ever have "Sherie" do your nails. My husband requested to have the sides of his nails cut & some dry skin ( in-grown ), she SLOPPILY did his pedicure for around 10mins. After letting her know to clean in out, she said she already did AND TAKE NOTE, SHE GOT MAD!!! I had an older gentleman made my pedicure and I knew he is missing some parts of my nails to clean and cut, so I have to let him know politely. But he just stand up and left me. I've gone to this place many times and tried to love it. Last time I went, I got a gel mani pedi and was charged ~$70. This time, I got the same thing, but french tip on the toes, and my total was ~$50. I'm extremely confused on the pricing and was definitely overcharged. I'm more upset, because every time I go here, my manicure chips not even a week later! Finally fed up, I read some reviews and noticed other people having the same issues. Not sure what's going on or what they're using, but if I'm spending $70 on a mani pedi, I want it to last as long as gel should be lasting (about 2-5 weeks). I really wanted to love this place. I'll go any place with mimosas! I've never been super picky about my nails but I was really disappointed with the quality of work done. The salon has a nice atmosphere and a pretty good selection of wine & beer but not good enough to make it worth the prices if the quality of work my friends and I got is the norm. The problem was all three of the staff members who worked on me and my friends really didn't seem to care about doing quality work. It was rushed even though we had appointments and it wasn't that busy. My cuticles looked terrible despite asking them to worked on more so I had to go home and do them myself. Most disappointing was that I spent $55 for the deluxe gel pedicure and it was worse than pedicures I've gotten for half the price at chain places. I voiced my disappointment while I was still in the chair and the man doing my pedicure did nothing. It didn't not seem very "deluxe" that I had to go home and scrub my heels. Update: I got my nails done at 1pm. It's now 8:45pm and my thumb nail is already chipped! I went in to take my little sister for a pedicure and to get my nails filled and a couple replaced, she ended up ripping off the nails I had on before because she said they were not good, I told her on multiple time that it hurt really bad and I kept wincing, you'd think she'd get a hint! She didn't even offer to soak them off or anything, my nail beds still burn. She had then told me that it was going to cost extra for my length because they were "long" but they are medium length at most and that's reaching. But if we're being honest I don't even know what length to consider them since none of them are the same length!? She didn't even Check the length on both hands to make sure it was even, other than telling me I was going to have to pay extra for literally anything. When filing my nails she cut my thumb and said that it was just the glue tarring at my skin? I will say though that she did say sorry. Anyways my nails are uneven, crooked, and bubbly! I'm very disappointed in this place. I will like to say though thank you to the woman who did my little sisters pedicure, you were very kind to her and did a great job! The prices being charged do not align with what is listed online. I don't mind paying for a service, but don't appreciate feeling like I am being taken advantage of. You should be charging what is listed . Online it states that gel polish removal is $5 and $15 for acrylic. I came in to have the gel polish removed off of my natural nails and was charged $15. My husband took me here for our two year wedding anniversary. We both wanted to get a Mani and Pedi together. The lady that I had it was extremely rude and rough with me. I would not put my arm right and she would grab and pulled away from me. She was really rude to my mother-in-law and my husband, talking back-and-forth with another girl laughing at us. I can't quite see if she was talking about us because it was in a different language. All I know is that she would look up at me look at the girl and start laughing.
