Our coordinator was easily reachable and answered all questions. Their decor closet had plenty for us to use that made our day so special. The venue itself is beautiful with water, fountains, outdoor veranda, huge inside for reception, a separate place for the catering crew to set up and the Bridal and groom suites were very comfortable. I can go on and on about how much we loved this venue! Guests continue to reach out and comment about how beautiful the venue was.

We had to walk from a sheltered area 40-50 feet to a different structure in the pouring rain. They should've had umbrellas for the guests to use or have a some covered area between the buildings so we wouldn't get wet. Lines to get cocktails were 40-60 minutes in the sheltered area which you had to walk through the rain to get to. The venue is great if the weather cooperates.

Another baby comin' all the way from the back seat of a Trans Am to our happy, inapprop-adjacent family! Daddy just git outta prison cuz he brung the wrong half of a sawed-off shotgun to a porch-pirate shopping spree. He come from a long line of bad decision makers one sandwich shy of a picnik. If you can't run with the big dogs, stay under the porch, am I right?!? Bless his pea-peckin' little heart. Anyway he git madder than a wet hen when he heard I git knocked up again. He was fixin' to shoot my baby daddy Bubba right thru the noggin. Bubba git scared and was all "don't need to pitch no hissy fit. I'mma marry my purdy-as-a-pumpkin-but-half-as-smart cousin". Happy as a clam at high tide, we takin this 2-week relationship to the next level! Next day we went to the Marry Me chapel. I got a punch card so the fifth time ceremony is practically free! Since its whatcha call a "formal" weddin, daddy bring his white shotgun named "Face McShooty". The one he uses to shoot the crows off the roof is "Dick McCheney". I gussied up in my purdy-as-a-peach dress, the one with the lace and puffed up sleeves and a veil that cover half the parkin lot. Bubba, sweatin in his 2-size-too-small britches, look like he was as lost as last year's Easter Eggs as he stood up at that there altar. Bless his pea-peckin' little heart. Daddy he stood by my side with a smile that looked more like the grimace he have when he gits stopped up. Well we plumb did the ceremony and we git hitched! Like they say... fifth time's a charm! And daddy give us a weddin present - a brand new pair of SHINY TRUCK NUTS!! Later we went off like a herd of turtles to celebrate at the trailer park down yonder. It was cold enough to freeze the balls off a pool table. We had so much Mountain Dew and dollar-store ketchup on Wonder Bread that I sit on my iphone and it become an ipad. Pro tip: great venue, reasonable price, and beautiful ceremony given by Mollie. Only place around that has a loyalty discount. Nice conversating with ya'll. Gimme a holler if ya need more details.

Everything was managed to perfection by the wedding planner. We had a personal issue towards the end of the night and the wedding planner jumped in, sleeves rolled up, and handled it with us like she was family. She went way above and beyond, and when I thanked her and complimented her, she said simply, "It's what I do" with a big smile. Sarah made everything stress free. She was planner, organizer, counselor, cheerleader, sister, friend and magician. We had the time of our lives.

However, when you get back there, it is such a pretty space with nice people working there. I helped with the Medium and was able to watch it, as well. The opera itself was good. I liked that it wasn't super lengthy and got to the point of the story line. Overall, great space and I would go back.

I attended one an opera at the Noah Liff Opera Center this past Saturday (Turn of the Screw). There…read morewere aspects of attending an opera at this location (rather than at TPAC) that I really enjoyed: plenty of parking (although it's a bit of a walk to get from the parking to the other side of the building where the entrance is; they have valet if you prefer), small and intimate venue, reasonably priced drinks (I bought three cocktails and a glass of wine for less than $40), and well-decorated for the opera we attended (with spooky decorations and backlighting). So why not at least four stars? The room where the opera was performed was not ideal. The chairs are on what reminded me of high school auditorium bleachers (so that each row can have a good view of the stage). But the aisles between rows were very, very narrow, making it very hard to let people by into the center seats. The stairs on either side of the bleachers were also very narrow, and you had to be careful when getting off the last step and beginning your scoot over to your seat. And the seats? So uncomfortable I spent a bit of time trying to figure out just how they could be that uncomfortable. After the opera, my mother in law commented that I must have loved the opera, because I was at the edge of my seat the whole time. I replied that, while I had enjoyed the performance, I was at the edge of my seat because I couldn't sit comfortably back in that chair. (The complaint about the chairs was shared by many people in my 10+ person party.) The venue is intimate, but I think they could do to remove a row or two to make more space between the rows. And some new chairs - ANY - would immensely improve the experience of attending an opera here as well.
