He then "re angled" the half round gutters to drain. 5 months latter same gutter came off the side of the house worse then before. I contacted him and one of the 1st comments was you can't angle half rounds. He didn't offer to come rehang the gutter he offered nothing. I expressed a lot of disappointment around this. I got a different contractor to come out. Their is no damage to the existing structure the gutter is not faulty. The contractor assessed what was previously repaired. Ribbed nails were put back into the preexisting holes. No additional fasteners or attachments were done. So no realignment if you go back into the same holes. The nails are less likely to be successful if driven into an already existing hole. Maybe this was an off day for him.
