Quote and breakdown of prices are communicated via email with clear description of prices. Customer Service - From estimate to actual installation they are very professional and listen to my concerns and provide their recommendation. They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. They were professional, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, and reasonable from the very start to the very end. After reading reviews and looking at photos, I contact the company to get a quote. I accepted the quote and was excited once the day arrived but unfortunately, things took a downturn. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. Read below for all the details Workers arrived and it looked like they were rushing to finish the job and move onto the next one. Maybe I could wrong but... I could see them dragging material on the concrete and dirt. Sure, you can touch it up with spray paint but it doesn't match the original finish. Halfway through the install, I came outside and saw a few things were incorrectly installed, like down spouts pointing in the wrong direction I then saw aluminum shavings on the floor, so I offered them my shop vac, but they declined. Once they left, I went outside and was excited to look at new rain gutters. I noticed sealant droppings on my driveway and throughout. Those aluminum shavings - they used a blower and scattered them all over the place. If you have dogs, small children or walk barefoot onto your porch...ouch! See attached pictures. Since everything pointed to a rushed job and poor craftsmanship, I went on my roof and saw that none of the aluminum shavings were cleaned before applying sealant. The system was never tested, but luckily it rained a few days latter. Guess what? I got rain gutters that don't drain I contact Israel, he acknowledged all the issues, didn't try to justify terrible craftsmanship and sent out his father to fix the issues. By then, I had already scrapped sealant droppings and vacuumed aluminum. They recommended adding more sealant to mask shavings already stuck. Yes, you read that correctly - lets mask the issue Unfortunately, this would prevent water from draining in the future. One small section of the rain gutters was replaced, but ultimately I was left with poorly installed rainy gutters. Definitely not worth the price I paid. Kudos for trying to make things right but when presented with solutions to mask the problem rather than to fix it, I knew it was time to move on. read more

We were doing major landscaping at the same time and the team did well in working around the landscaping team and hooking up the new gutters to existing downspouts. Efficient work, everything was in order and looks like a quality installation. Optimistic about the next time we get rain, of course will callback if there are any issues but pretty confident in their work. I postponed drafting this review of OC Professional Rain Gutters for months, awaiting some rain to measure performance first. I gathered numerous price quotes before selecting OC Professional Rain Gutters and what I found was the pricing didn't vary much...all the quotes were within a couple hundred dollars of each other BUT one company had a tremendous number of 5 star reviews. That's why I chose this company and boy am I glad I did. Nobody has ever treated me better, they were exceedingly accommodating and helpful in product selection and subsequent problems. Immediately after they completed installation, a careless contractor backed his tall truck up against the garage crushing a section of the new gutters. Israel was out the very next morning to replace it! He and his crew work quickly, quietly (important as I work from home) and did a superb job. When I inquired about covers for the gutters to keep debris out, Israel said I really didn't need it because we had few trees nearby. I decided to add that anyway and ended up using two different types (see photo) on different parts of the roof. The added cost was nominal and thousands less than the LeafFilter Gutter Guards quote I received. Israel also followed up after a rainstorm and made a few tweaks to improve efficient water runoff. Bottom line...I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their work and a fan of the way Israel does business. If you talk to several of his competitors you'll quickly understand why he stands out. He is everything you hope for and more, there is zero room for improvement. OC Professional Rain Gutters sets the customer care bar so high, other gutter guys need to charter a plane just to see it. The estimator "Chasen" came out the next day took measurements and gave us a quote which was more than fair after comparing companies. We picked OC and so happy we did. Had one great experience with them and another that unfortunately was far from It. Asked for a quote based on pictures of a property. They wanted to go out and view the property to make sure prior to giving the quote, no problem. I agreed and alerted the tenants of the scheduled inspection. The property is old and a bit funky as it is a multiple addresses and a little confusing setup. Received a reasonable quote a few days later, so decided to move forward. They showed up to do the work a week or two later due to scheduling and I went by the morning of (11am) to check if they were there and working. They were there... awesome! Then many hours later (330pm) I receive a text that says, we can't do the work and advise you to have an inspector come out and fix this this and this before we can do anything. Good luck! Again, understandable as it's an older home but what was the initial inspection and multiple hours on site for? I'm set back a few weeks now because they didn't do due diligence before quoting or communicate properly in my opinion. read more

This is a very well managed and professional company. We had months and months of delays after we gave a deposit and had to reschedule our installation several times and they were always so kind and understanding about it. Once I was ready for installation, they sent someone over with boxes of samples to make sure we got the color exactly right. My rain gutters were leaking and needed to be replaced. I got two estimates; one from a very large company and the other from OC Professional Rain Gutters. I was not impressed with the representative of the large company. I felt he considered it a done deal when he gave me the estimate. Also, he tried to upsell me to 6" gutters, which would have been too big for my house. He impressed upon me it would be several weeks before I could be scheduled, so I better act quickly. On the other hand, I was very impressed with OC Professional Rain Gutters. Israel (the owner) came to give me the quote. He asked me what I wanted, and I also told him about the HOA's requirements. He had already done work in my community, so he understood. He even said that I could get the downspouts to match the color of the house, which the HOA required. I thought I was going to have to paint them. He also suggested wedges in areas where there was inverted facia. The other company never mentioned this to me. I hired them to install Aluminum 5" K-Style Gutter (white), Aluminum corrugated downspouts 2"x3" (linen) and stainless steel gutter guard mesh. After I received HOA approval, Israel was able to fit me in the following week. A crew came to do the install and Chasen introduced himself as the lead. We walked around the house and went over everything that was going to be done. He spoke fluent English and told me about how long it would take.
